The atm never works, litterally ever, either it wont read the cards, wont accept deposits or like just now it was just off.. for a Texas bank, yall need to do better.. whats the point of having accounts here if i cant put money in them.. smh

I'm a long time customer and I love this bank. The only bank I can balance my books to, to the penny. Won't allow any out of the ordinary spending without approval. Wonderful people and a great bank.

Worst experience ever! I went in to open an account as I have just moved into town and after waiting over ten minutes, Cindy Hodge (?) didn't even shake my hand and proceeded to give me the third degree about where I lived, and if the family member I am staying with for the time being owned or rented when they have nothing to do with the account and refused to answer my questions on why their personal information was necessary. She was also very hateful because I did not have a direct deposit since I am a full time student and am waiting until I know my schedule before I accept any job offers. She acted like I was nothing and not worth her time regardless of the amount of funds I was going to deposit. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went directly to Wells Fargo and had a wonderful experience opening my account. Cindy needs retraining on her customer service skills as they are atrocious!

The mangers at this bank have no sense or regard to their costumers they block of banking lanes for their personal car port and neglect the fact their are customer at that can use them " but their cars are kept clean and out of the son " no worries their ðŸ‘great job frost bank
