I do NOT recommend buying a car from here. They sold me a car in April 2024 that came with a 6 month warranty. In the warranty it says that If I get my oil changed there they would cover up to $4000 of the engine. Doing so I got my oil change there in August and it cost me $80. A few days after getting my oil change at Ford I noticed my car no longer would accelerate correctly and my car was blowing smoke out the back of it. I took it to a different place due to ford telling me they won’t be able to get to my car for at least a month and it would be just sitting there. Ford also said they weren’t gonna be able to get me a rental car. So I took it somewhere else to see what the problem was. The auto shop I picked told me that Ford had over filled the oil which caused the whole motor to go out. They had also informed me that there was a WRONG cv axle on front passenger side. Other wise stating it was not a safe car to drive. Along with other problems wrong with the vehicle. So I took my car back to Ford and spoke with the pre owned sale director Shawn Maples who was not helpful in anyway. He would not listen to what I was saying and what I was showing him. I was able to get in contact with someone above him who was alittle bit more understanding. Mr. Maples had told us the car was “sold as is” which there was no paperwork given to me that stated that. He also said that they only do state inspections and oil changes on pre owned cars before being sold.( it wouldn’t have been passed I had to buy all new tires because they were all bald after a few weeks of driving it) His boss above him informed us that that was incorrect and it was not “sold as is”. After going back and forth they decided to fix it free of charge. Only they didn’t fix it they took it to someone else. They didn’t fix the motor they went the cheapest way possible. They picked a motor from a salvage yard. ( who knows what that motor has been through) After 2 and half weeks of them having my car and they only gave me a rental after I asked for one, after a week of them having my car and not letting me know a time it would be done. When I got my car back it was COVERED in dirt. I took it back to the auto shop to get it checked again to make sure it was safe to drive and they had let me know that the engine still had some oil leaking and it didn’t look like they clean up after themselves. They also let me know that it looks like they reused my coolant and it look contaminated. I do not recommend buy a used car from here! They will NOT make sure it is safe to drive.

Sold me a truck may 29th, with 89k miles, the transmission blew up 4K miles later and they will not help me at all. They even inspected the truck for 3 days and never spotted the issue. Couldn’t even give me a demo car while the truck is in the shop because the truck is going to be in the shop for too long.

I would highly recommend visiting any other dealership if you need repairs and value your time.
I called the number on their website to schedule an appointment a week in advance and was told to be there at 8AM on Friday to drop it off for the day. When I arrived at 8 AM on Friday, I was told that my appointment didn't exist and that I'd have to leave my vehicle with them for a week just to get a diagnosis of the issue.
Needless to say, I am finding another repair shop/dealership that doesn't randomly "lose" people's appointments.
