THEY ARE A SCAM!!! BE WARNED! The wife took a hen to them because of concerns she had and dropped the bird off. I called to have them cancel the visit and they told me they haven't done ANYTHING to the bird but she looks fine. The receptionist told me that it will be an $85 VISIT! They have done nothing but litterally look at the bird and nothing else. No vitals, no actual exam, but they can just see the bird "looks fine" even though they have performed ZERO tests. That's robbery if nothing else.
(Edit) Wife got called after I called them out for their scam. Vet told my wife he "just looked at the bird again" and she has a lump on her foot which "could be" why she was walking funny. Then told her she "looks underweight" which "could be" lethargy" (which she's not for her breed. Then he tells my wife it "could be an illness." (That our flock has already gotten shots for. What I took from the call with my wife was that THEY STILL hadn't done ANY real test but by "looking" at the animal and throwing darts all over the place constitutes an "examination."
This is a warning for anyone who has the common sense to see what places like this are really about. Take care of your OWN pets and don't trust places like this to "look at your pet." They like fools and anyone who has sympathy for animals are DEFINITELY fools to people like this. As long as you THINK they're your pet's savior they know you're a fool to put in their pocket. We should have learned from these past few years by now.

We absolutely love Family Pet Clinic of NRH. Our sweet baby girl Kimber loves the amazing team. The are truly family to us. We couldn't be more happy with the gentle and loving care they provide.

My husband took our elderly (17 years old) cat, Rocky, in for his check-up, rabies shot, and to address some incontinence issues. The vet techs and vets are so gentle with our baby. My husband was very pleased with how Rocky”s issues were addressed and how he was handled. They were informative , helpful and my husband left very satisfied. He relayed all this to me upon his and Rocky’s return.

I took my 14 year old lab to family pet clinic because it was time to say goodbye. She was my hunting buddy and my daily companion and friend for almost exactly 14 years. I was a wreck that morning and everyone at Family Pet Clinic of North Richland Hills was so kind and understanding. They were even kind enough to send me a card afterwards with their condolences and her nose print.

Healthy check up for 3 and 1/2 year old guinea pigs. Been going here for years , love staff and doctors. They treat your pet one of their family Highly recommend this place for your pets.

Doctor Ford was very attentive to the patient’s need. Friendly staff and was able to get an appointment at the last minute. Highly recommended this facility for all your pet’s medical needs.

Had a family pet pass away in his sleep from old age. This is the ONLY place with reasonably priced after care services and amazingly compassionate receptionists. I’ll be bringing my animals here from now on

Our first time going to this pet clinic was a sad moment for us we had to put to sleep our beloved senior dog.
Our second was better experience our new pet was having seizures we took her and all staff was very professional and a plus for us is close to home. We are happy with the experience.
