DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I have been a dedicated customer and referral source for Evans for over 35 years. The last three large primary vacuums I use I have purchased from Evans. If I need service work on vacuums I've bought from them or from somewhere else, I take them to Evans. My small shark vacuum I use daily (I have a Dyson I bought new from Evans but I don't use it daily) but when the shark started making a loud noise, I took it to them and I was told nobody could get parts for any kind of a repair. The girl had what I was told was a "brand new" shark. It wasn't in a box but I was told it was new. I, being a trusting individual with a business I had been with for over 35 years trusted what she told me. I am not happy with the vacuum it does not do a good job it will not stand up the way it is supposed to and I suspect it is a refurbished vacuum sold to me as a new one. While in the store I pulled Amazon up and I could have purchased the same vacuum for $35 less than they were asking for theirs. I bought from them because I like giving my business to non corporate entrepreneurs. The girl that sold me the vacuumed did not make it clear that if I was not happy with the vacuum I could return it and get my money back she told me I had 30 days to return it I call and tell them that I'm not happy with it and I want to bring it back and I'm told that there's going to be a 10% restocking fee. I said no I'm not paying a restocking fee and they said that was their policy so I asked to speak to the owner. The owners sister called me and they will not simply return my money rather they have so graciously given me the option of an in-store credit or to buy another vacuum from them or I pay the 10% restocking fee. Additionally, The girl that sold me the vacuum didn't provide me with the manual or the accessories. Clearly this was a very botched sales transaction, rather than Evans do the right thing and allow me to return the vacuum with a full refund they are requiring this 10% restocking fee. This is not good business. This is not the way you treat a customer that has been with you for over 35 years. I would warn anybody to not do business with this company because if they will do that to a customer of over 35 years they will do anything. They have lost my business for life and every opportunity I get I will warn people to not go to Evans Vacuum under any circumstances

These guys are awesome. Super friendly quick service on our vacuum everytime no matter the need. Haven't needed much because they sell quality vacuums. I've had my Riccar for 8 years now with no brake downs and love it! We use it 4- 5 times a week!

We tried to get our vacuum repaired at a Colleyville place, who did a very poor job. We took it to Evans, who fixed it right. I would certainly suggest Evans for any repair!

Took an older vacuum in to see if it could be repaired. We couldn't get it to even turn on. They fixed it on the spot for us and charged a very reasonable price.Will definitely do business with them again!

Went there in search for a good quality vacuum. The sales lady there was extremely helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about her products and machinery. The store was super clean, smelled very nice and I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door. I would definitely recommend that store for anybody who's in search of a good vacuum.... And a 1 service. We are very pleased with our purchase.
