I am usually a huge proponent of this store and location. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated. I received a text, wuthin check-in that infirmef me it woukd be 2 hours!
I had to talk to 3 employees, including the manager, to get my service done within the hour.
If you aren't going to follow a schedule, why offer appointments?

They destroyed a wheel that costed more than $3000 that I bought from them when mounting it. They put a guy on there that doesn’t know how to use their touch less machine. They wore all the way around the wheel the carbon fiber coating right off.

Always had a great experience at this location. I ALWAYS make an appointment online, otherwise the wait can get very long with how busy they get. Everyone is super nice and they’ve always done a great job! Keep up the good work Discount!

Excellent work and customer service, they exceed expectations which should come as no surprise, it is discount tire after all. Cesar went out of his way to help out and make sure my vehicle was taken care of. Prioritized safety over profit. I will continue to be a customer for all of my vehicles.

I recently had a notable experience at this Discount Tire location. I purchased a used pick-up for my teenage driver. When bringing the vehicle in for a tire rotation the process was quick and friendly but what was notable is that the technician returning my vehicle notified me that one of the lug nuts on each wheel was wrong for my wheel. This was causing damage to the wheels and could be a safety concern. They replaced these with correct fitting lugs to ensure I (and unbeknownst them, my son) was safe. They did this free of charge! I did purchase OEM lugs, and will be returning these, but I believe what they did was honorable and I very much appreciated it.
Thank you for being watchful and caring for your customers. This why i will only look to you for my wheel/tire needs.

This is discount tire knows how to get the job done. I bought tires in the past had Costco and alike, but there's more in stock and the prices are just as good at discount tire.
I also really like that they're great about checking your tires if you think that there is any issue they don't ask you where you bought your tires. They're very helpful, also they have the drive-thru tire pressure check which is an awesome feature you don't have to even get out of the car. You can make an appointment if you want set up everything online. There's service people are friendly and knowledgeable. Tires are their business and they do it well.

George was a knowledgeable, friendly, and service-oriented associate. Amazing service experience. Friendly staff got me in and out on a Saturday afternoon, when I noticed a nail in my tire. Surprisingly they even had the large Pirelli tires needed for my vehicle. Wait time was shorter. Nice comfortable facility too. Highly recommend and will be back.

Jay and the team at Discount got me in and out in less than 40 minutes with 3 new tires and a new set of lug nuts. These guys are courteous and they are awesome at their job.

I went to get my tires filled with air, which they do for free! The young man was very friendly and professional! Recommend this place for tires as I have bought tires from there for the past 21 plus years.
