I’ve really enjoyed this car wash over the years. Very nice facility and convenient location. I have always had pleasant experiences with the employees until today. In early May 2024, a worker at the payment kiosk offered me a monthly membership of $19.99 for unlimited washes going forward if I paid $10 for my wash on May 3. I happily agreed to the deal. Unfortunately, I trusted them and didn’t pay close attention to the credit card billing which was obviously my error. I recently noticed I had been charged $39.99/month at the beginning of June, July and August. I went up there this morning to rectify what I assumed was simply a “fat finger” error on their part rather than this business intentionally deceiving and cheating their customers. When I explained the issue to the manager on duty, and demonstrated I’d been charged $119.97 over the past 3 months rather than the agreed upon $59.97, he offered a free month ($19.99 value). I thanked him but pointed out that still left me with $40 in overcharges from what we’d agreed upon. His response was that he couldn’t do anything else because I’d used the car wash several times over this three month period. Baffled by the irrelevance of this point, I responded that yes of course I had because I signed up and had been paying for an “Unlimited” wash monthly package so washing a vehicle more than once per month is the very point of such an agreement. He responded that they considered each wash to be worth $25 so I had gotten a good deal despite us having an unlimited wash agreement. I again attempted to point out to him that although this is a relevant point for the owner and managers to consider when setting prices, it absolutely has zero relevance to customers who agreed to pay $19.99/month for an unlimited wash package. He reiterated he could not do anything else beyond offer a free month. Realizing I was now living my own version of the Seinfeld Car Rental episode, I simply canceled my membership there. Again, I’d had good experiences there over the years so I hope they can rectify their managerial and billing problems before they further damage their reputation. Customers beware.

Not the closest to me, but open until 8pm. (Most close at 6). Great customer service! Sang is a hustler! He offered to help power wash my floor mats when I asked if they offer that service.
We just got back from kids summer camp and the van cover in a fine dust and smashed bugs. The bug prep station, compressed air, free towels, window cleaner, 2 types of vacuums…everything you need.
Not a full service car wash, but the next best thing. Great value! Will be back.

Told 2 staff there is something in the brush and it cought my antenna and bent it and broke my mirror. Wanted them to remove it before others got damaged. Guy beside me said it got him to.
Both staff said they would add my name to a incident report and walked off. Neather wanted my name more cared that if your car is at the right place it's going to do damage. But Instead of stopping the brush and getting what ever is in it the brush out and take the 30 sec to clear it to prevent issues they kept sending more thorough. The next shift came out saw there was a issue walked over and cleared it. Took less than a min to correct and the 2 there didn't care at all.
