I had a great experience. I tested positive for COVID and needed a PAXLOVID prescription. My appointment was 2 hours after I scheduled online. The clinic had access to my Texas Healthcare records. My check in, appointment, and prescription were completed and I was out the door in 35 minutes! Wow!

Manager completely unprofessional behaviour on narcissistic acrimoniousy ityrant people around him running with fear with his jail tattoo ranting around like a spoiled child and nobody can tell him nothing, I will never go back to that store assuming he smarter than the doctors

Pharmacy is always disorganized, never seems to be able to get orders located, and fails to get auto renewal prescriptions done. Always have to call to remind them about auto renewal. Why CVS closed the good store on North Tarrant and Precinct Line, we will never know, but if the continues, I will go back to Walmart or Walgreens. Sick and tired of excuses from the pharmacy.

Called to ask if I could exchange an INVALID pregnancy test that they sold me- answer was yes. Went in to this location (where it was bought) and got glared at for walking through the door by an older lady employee. I walked up to the line to do a return, she said nothing but got behind the counter. I asked for an exchange and she bluntly stated "we don't do home test returns." I waited for her to say anything else but she was silent, no other options, no "sorry," nothing. I said okay, and walked out. Horrible customer service and rude employees. I guess that's why she's a fossil and still isn't retired! AVOID THIS CVS.

I called this location to transfer my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS because of insurance. A woman “Rose” p/u the phone and she was the rudest person I have had in a long time! Do better!!

Two pharmacy technicians seemed reluctant to be at work, which is unacceptable for healthcare workers. They showed no willingness to assist a sick patient like me. They made a typo(name) and insurance questions, and when I asked them to correct it, they became annoyed. They refused to send my other prescription to another pharmacy, saying the pharmacy had to call them first. This experience was frustrating and rushed me out of the pharmacy.

Was a great place to pick up your meds . Daryl was friendly and i asked him a question, he didn't know so he went out of the way to find the answer for me. Thank you. Great place with quick snacks for on the go people. Little $$$ but if your in a hurry i guess it doesn't matter.

CVS as a corporation needs to do better. The staff here does their absolute best, my complaint is not with them, but filling even the most simple prescription is like pulling teeth. The wait times are horrendous, the computer system they use is incorrect and slow, and the understaffing I have seen makes everyone's day so much worse.

I only have it one star because I had to. Everytime I'm in that store the pharmacy is a circus, but today when I spoke to Stephanie K., well she took prize for the rudest employee I have ever talked to. I'm sure Stephanie, you will see this review and just know that I have taken my complaint against you to the very top and I honestly hope you lose your job!!Store # 2976

Everything was fine except for the pharmacist throwing a temper tantrum directed towards the pharmacy employees that was so loud, everyone waiting could hear her. She’s apparently not happy about drive thru procedures and customers complaining about wait times and leaving her bad reviews. My wait time wasn’t bad, but her attitude and childlike, unprofessional tantrum earns her 1 star. The rest of the staff, despite her unprofessional display of frustration, handled her fit very professionally.
