The woman working the front that just helped me with my purchase was very pleasant. Her smile was contagious and she welcomed every person that came through the door as well as bid them a good day as the left. I believe her name was Marissa or something? I apologize if I’m butchering your name..

The CVS located at 6320 Rufe Snow Drive, NRH, TX gives EXCELLENT service to me when I shop there. There are many aspects about this CVS that make it a First Choice place to shop. The "In & Out" service is ideal. The store Managers AND The Pharmacists at this CVS are immensely kind and helpful to you. It's like going to a "Small Town" individualized service and pleasant atmosphere to shop. The restrooms are highly excellent too.
I'M A VERY "Satisfied Customer" here each and every I shop here.

I regularly shop at CVS, however, I'm finding more frequently the stores are unkept.
The entrances are dirty.
They need to be vacuumed, the outside trash receptacles are overflowing and leaking, and the sidewalks need to be power washed.
The bathrooms are nasty and unkept.
Dirty toilets, floor, walls, and sinks, and they stink.
For heavens sake, take some pride in your bldgs and you might stop losing customers and having to close stores.
We changed to another pharmacy for our medications over a year ago because CVS couldn't fill our prescriptions in a timely manner with no explanations and offered no customer service behind the counter.
Im not sure why CVS has taken such a decline, but I hope they pay attention and turn things around.

This store is a life saver. Honest, polite, knowledgeable, put you first, christians, doctors, helpers, mothers, children, fathers, sisters, brothers, friends. They get up every day to help us and give their job 100 percent of their time so we can get up and go on with our day and we thank you. We could never repay you. Let us know how and what you need. This CVS has a great staff. They are so very patient, especially with problem customers, who always seem to be prevalent. The manager and staff who work in the evening are wonderful! Keep up the great work!

8:30 Friday morning and store is locked up. Shows they open at 8:00. Looking at all the other reviews I wouldn't be surprised if this location is about to close permanently.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter 4 hours after it was called in and it was “still in process” when I mentioned it was sent in 4 hours ago they were going to expedite it…still took 30 minutes.

Terribly understaffed, nobody at check out, had problems with self checkout and had to wait forever for someone to help. People behind us got tired of waiting, left the products behind and just left the store very upset, the only reason I didn't leave is cause I really needed the product urgently

I've had a very important medication of mine back ordered for over a week now. I'm transferring it back to Kroger, I never had this issue with them. I only moved this script to CVS to get 90 days.No one at this store or customer service will help. These important life or death prescriptions need to be overnighted but they're constantly being delayed every single day.

I called a refill in on Nov. 7 and I still don't have it. I can't get it transferred to another pharmacy bc it shows "pending". I will never use CVS again even if they are the cheapest on Goodrx!
