Not only were the prices right, they have stock (no unreasonable waits), and they actually know what there talking about (no apologizes to Geek Squad). So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. Hands Down, if I needed another build, and soon, I'd go back again.”

“I would usually buy my TV. From Sam's Club actually by the time I sign up for Geek Squad and the knowledge of the sales associates is excellent. They always stare me in the right direction. Love my Best. Buy card a lot of Benefits come with the card, When use at Best. Buy or out for dinner, and it's nice that they will come and install.
And deliver. And actually with promotions the TVS delivery install was less money than I paid in the past at Sam's Club. Thank you Best Buy”
“Looking at the negative reviews, it seems most of them are related to product issues which shouldn’t reflect this store and its employees. I’ve been here twice, once for a repair and another time to purchase an iPhone and both times I experienced exceptional customer service. The staff is kind, attentive, and knowledgeable to where I didn’t worry who I’d get paired up with. Everyone I met was a great help. Highly recommend this location.”
“One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. This is an experience that merits note worthy praise because I as a a 71 year old have difficulty with electronics and this phone is the one that I sue for every day tasks.”
