I've been here once, and that was enough. I walked through the store and didn't see anything I was interested in buying, but on the way out I decided to buy a soda out of the machine in the front of the store. I gave the machine two one dollar bills for a can of soda that cost $1.25. The machine dropped three quarters for my change, but the change tray was missing from the machine, so my quarters clunked down INSIDE the case of the machine and out of reach. I walked up to the counter, cold can of soda in hand, and said "Hey, your soda machine is broken and my change fell down inside the case of the machine where I can't get it. Can you give me three quarters?" The three guys behind the counter said "Yeah, it's broken. It's not our machine. There's a customer service phone number on the side if you want to call them to get your change." I said "... You can't just give me three quarters??" They. Said. NO. I walked out.Let that sink in folks... They have a store that a customer came into to check out their wares, bought a soda from a machine IN their store that they obviously make money from, the machine ate that customers change, and they told them "Tough luck, sucks to be you." over what? Seventy... five... cents...... I guarantee you that this attitude extends to ALL their transactions and business dealings.You know what's going to cost them more than seventy five cents? This review.

Horrible business practices, they have items marked with a price tag and they’re not gonna honor the price due to a sticker that’s on the bottom they don’t want to honor their prices, and they have lost my business forever.

As a licensed broker, manager associate broke serval Procedures while handling A gun transaction, she's preceded to help me and wife, as we handed her our ids, after 3 guns where pick to purchase, someone reach over my wife and point out a few guns for layaway, she in fact did not take cusotmer I'd or ask, did not lock gun case, and told customer I didn't want property until he picked it. Then told me to work it out with customer, over a fire arm. I was first. so I forfeited the transaction until further notice . Very unprofessional considering guns are extremely a high responsibly , something to take very seriously. She says she's from Ocliff And was telling wife what they go for on street. She proformed this behavior in front of my child. We didn't know if it was cause we took to long. or just the color or our Nature. We are contacting higher collection. employee Was Careless to my family, unprofessional, rude, and did not follow procedures of OCC, lost 1,400 sale over helping two people at a time. terrible service.
