He is truly a gem of an employee and it is hard to find those these days. He is so pleasant and kind and helpful. Even when he is the only employee working the desk and there are a lot of people in the lobby, he is quick while still being personable to everyone. He has great time management and is able to prioritize well and make sure everyone is taking care of in a timely manner. He really does need a raise!! He is great!”

“Rented a 3/4 ton for 10 days to take our tv on vacation. Had a great experience with Brooke P. At check in. She chatted with me about what I was towing and made sure what I selected met my needs. While we were out the brand new truck (brand new for real, 13 miles when I picked it up) started having transmission issues. I talked to Brooke on the phone Thursday evening right before close, and Friday morning she was on the phone with me first thing coordinating details for dropping off a replacement truck. The disruption was minor thanks to Brooke and the team handling it so quick and taking care of getting the new unit to us 1.5 or so hours away. Thank you Brooke for taking care of us and to Eric for driving it to us and patiently working through our gate access issues. Y’all made a potentially stressful situation much much smoother. I’ll definitely reach out to your store should I need a truck again!”

“I used to go here when it was advanced mobility so I came back when I needed my Tesla fitted with hand controls. They were very good at texting with me and handling all the photos and details. They even put on a different spinner knob I bought my self. So that was very nice of them. I did, however, come home to find a metal plate had been placed over my gas pedal and I’m not sure how I didn’t see it when I was there, but I didn’t. I mean, not like I use the gas pedal with my foot, but some kind of explanation would have been nice. My wife also uses my car so I had to remove that plate. It came off by removing a single bolt so it wasn’t a big deal. They also seemed very unsure of how to fit a Tesla which leads me to believe they don’t do it often. But in the end it got done and everything works great.”
“I had a wonderful experience with my rental pickup today. My original pickup time was scheduled for noon, but due to an unexpected commitment, I needed the car earlier. I arrived at the location around 10 a.m. and spoke with Sarah Krenz, who was incredibly kind and helpful.
Sarah arranged an early pickup for me without charging any extra fees. From the moment I arrived, she took excellent care of everything she quickly checked my driver’s license, provided me with the exact car I requested, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She even asked me to sit comfortably in the car before completing the payment process.

“Not a bad experience, but just so everyone knows: If you return your vehicle and have any additional charges, they will refund your original money and then charge you the new amount without telling you they are doing that. This means that if you are someone who doesn't keep a big balance in your checking account (as no one should) there will suddenly be a big balance for scammers to target. I don't have a complaint about this location. They were great to deal with. I just have a problem with no one telling me about the billing practices that they had no idea would affect me. Great location and customer service.”

“I purchased my A5 and Q7 from Audi Grapevine when I lived in Southlake. I've since moved outside of Austin and tried to purchase a Q8 from Audi North Austin. I inquired about their advertising internet pricing and was sent a quote that was almost double. I had an email from Riley Cooper at Audi Grapevine offering some incentives if I wanted to trade my Q7 in. I love 184 miles away but I thought I would see what they would offer. Riley worked with me on the web special and used various means to get to a very attractive price on the car I wanted. We did most of the paperwork over the phone and email. The following morning I drove up, did the final signatures, and was out of there in less than an hour with a great car at a very fair price. It was worth the 6-hour round trip drive for the car, price, and service I received. Audi North Austin could have put minimal effort in and made a sale (I get a new Audi every 2-3 years). I will continue to deal with Audi Grapevine, mostly due to the effort Riley and Dax put in to make me feel like a highly valued repeat customer.”
“We got stranded in Dallas over this awful winter storm Elliot, Southwest and every transportation company at the airport truly left us and thousands of people with no options to get home. A girl at another Avis location in Grand Prairie told us our Avis reservation somehow wasn’t available and basically told us to leave and figure it out somewhere else. She rudely sent us here to this location off 360 and the incredible man (who has worked for Avis for 38 years!) was our absolute hero and got us a car. We didn’t get his name but he was a wonderful gentleman who saw we were about to end up lost here over Christmas and helped us out. “Overall great experience with this Hertz. To get my issue out of the way - the insurance couldn’t get a hold of them, and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for the better part of an hour and a half. Otherwise, confused on the lower reviews than this. Staff was friendly, put me in basically a souped up newest model version of the car I was already driving, and got me in and out quickly. Once team picked up the phone they worked promptly with insurance to straighten everything out. I just think people are less likely to leave a review on a service that goes “as expected.” In my experience there’s no reason to be turned away from here.”
