It took a while to write this review because I wanted to take the time to include all the wonderful details about my experience at Bridal Gallery.This shop is off the beaten path, and my family found it by luck, so I truly believe it was meant to be! I did not have an appointment, but Angela was kind enough to let me in so I could take a look. I gave her a few examples of what I was looking for and she completely understood my vision! I tried on dresses in various price ranges and though it was difficult to decide, Angela was incredibly accommodating, letting me return a few times while I narrowed it down and sorted out the details (accessories + alterations + cost) so that by the time I made my choice, I felt 100% confident + beautiful in it.Not only was I able to bring in my own accessories, but seeing them with the dress gave Angela the ability to make wonderful suggestions that I would have never thought of on my own and I felt fortunate to have her expertise and flawless eye for detail.She also has a wonderful tailor on site that absolutely snached me in so I look as tiny as possible, lolThey even worked with my crazy schedule and made what can be a chaotic and confusing experience very very wonderful and easy. I’m so thankful for the organic way we found Bridal Gallery, because these are genuinely kind and hard working people that care about how you feel on your special day. This was the absolute worst experience I've had trying to find a gown for my big day. I was told that I couldn't try on a 2000 dollar dress because I need to be "realistic", even though I repeatedly said i just want to try it on to see how the style looks on me. She didn't even measure me correctly, measuring me over a very clearly baggy sweatshirt, telling me I was a size 28? I get clothes for women are varied sizes everywhere, but to jump from a 16 to a 28 is ridiculous. After finding a dress I really liked, she walked me back all the while saying, "you're never going to fit into a size 14" which, for the record, I only needed to go up a size in the dress I would "never fit in" and had i had someone there to help me, it would have been pretty clear. To treat me with such disrespect was uncalled for. Then leaving me alone in a fitting room to attempt to Zip and button myself up, there were at least 20 buttons I had to attempt to do up. Hands down, never coming back here if this is the kind of "customer service" that should be expected of this company.UpdateI find it really funny how through my entire review, going over how you size shamed me, belittled my budget telling me to "Be realistic", left me alone to attempt to Zip and button up a dress on my own, that you would claim that I'm not leaving a "fair review". Genuinely, are you ok? Is this acceptable behavior for you? For your company? The only reason I didn't call you out right then in there is because I overheard your first phone call, but since your confused on why my experience with you was so terrible, I'll go into further detail for those in the back. First of all, i dont know why your trying to call me out for being a walk in when it was you who made the appointment. I didnt force you into it. Trying to get into the shop itself was fun as both the front entrance and the EMERGENCY EXIT was seemingly glued shut. "Thank God I brought a man" as you said so he could help you bash it down. Oh, and then there was a "policy" that if I couldn't afford it, I couldn't try it on, which you stuck to for all of 10 minutes before throwing that "policy" out the door telling me to look around and see if something caught my eye, naming prices such as "1700" "1899". Yes, I was a walk in, but to what of it? If you couldn't take a walk in you shouldn't have given me the appointment, like you, I'm confused why that's being brought up, it's litteraly your job. Speaking of your job, had you done it right, you would have known I was nowhere near a size 28, but since we want to get technical, most dressed for a bustier woman which I proudly am, come with a build it bra, meaning I didn't need one. I just loved the under the breath comment as we were walking back that I would never fit into a size 14, which for the record, i just needed a size up from that. As for leaving unexpectedly and making a further appointment, I wasn't going to call you out infront of the entire store, especially after over hearing what you were going through, it's was the last ounce of respect I had for you, to let you save some face, but since your so confused, I hope this cleared some things up. I hope you get better honey because clearly I'm not the only one who takes issue with how you treat them based on other reviews.

The bridal gallery was one of the best experiences I had during my wedding planning. The service was amazing from beginning to end and I felt like the whole staff was really invested in making sure I was happy with the final product. I would recommend this place to any bride! I felt beautiful the day of my wedding!

I booked an appointment here for alterations and they didn't respect my privacy at all . The owner of the place kept opening and closing the curtains while I was changing. The seamstress kept calling me "fat" and "bulky" when she was doing measurements. It was the worst experience I've had. Definitely don't recommend.

Angela and her assistant provided professionalism and excellence to our daughter and her bridal party. Their shop was charming and their dresses were gorgeous. Our experience with Bridal Gallery was lovely from beginning to end.

Main points:• Smells like urine• Nice part is a flower wall entrance• Feels like a hole in the wall, however, in a moist basement...• Noticing a bad review immediately gets a five-star review after it...Unfortunately, the only nice part of the Bridal Gallery is the flower background showcased in the review someone else left, or if you're there in person, when you FIRST enter the store.The store itself is similar to a basement with very low drop ceilings. The experience also wasn't appealing mainly because of the smell of the facility, it smelt of urine.Would have had better to say if theft would have either listened or been honest....when we said no to a particular type of fabric. If that's all they had... please don't waste both our time.Honestly, I feel like any honest or low review is immediately followed by a glowing review... makes us wonder... ?

Went with my mom a few days ago and was able to find a dress for her and myself. The store had a great selection of dresses both very simple and traditional as well as some more blinged out gowns. The store is very cute and the staff is very attentive!

I was so disappointed. This is my first wedding so excited to find my dream dress online..it was a little small. So I decided to go there with my daughter because daughter dress was the wrong size. They had us try our dresses on and told use they could add something for 500 for each dress but quickly said send our dresses back and buy from them. I was so down. The dresses they showed me was very beautiful but not like the one I bring. I left confused hurt and upsetAfter a call to my fiancee I went to Mrs Amy in bedford who helped me put a smile on my face again.If you guys are not helping with alteration then take it off your sign. It's not ok to tell a bride to send her dress back so she can buy one from you guys.

Beautiful store, excellent customer service, large selection of Morilee and Watters designs. I was able to find what I wanted and get my dress altered in the same place. The convenience take so much stress out of the planning!❤️❤️❤️10/10 would recommend.

Got to appointment. Waited an hour after picking out the dresses to try on and never got to try them on. They put other people in dresses that got there after. Never got to try on the dress.

Currently here to shop for my nieces dress. Angela and Kelly are FANTASTIC! They’re making her dreams come true right in front of us. Highly highly recommend! They will make your bride feel like she is the star of the show. Thank y’all so so much for making this such an amazing experience for her.

I've had the best experience at The Bridal Gallery! While I ultimately purchased my dress elsewhere, of all the bridal shops I ventured to, I had the best experience here.The staff is so friendly, and the shop is ADORABLE. There were so many dress options, and the only reason I got my dress somewhere else is because I went to a sample sale ?BUT I came back to bring my dress to get altered. Fun fact, even if you don't buy your dress from them, they still offer alterations! Prices were about what I expected. I just dropped the dress and have an appt in a couple weeks to pick it up. I'll keep you updated! Though by the pinning alone and the expertise of the seamstress, I have great faith it will be perfect

My daughter is participating in a charity ball and needed a white dress. Since white is not very popular anymore (off white, etc is more trendy), we were having a difficult time finding something. We were also in a time crunch. The owner and Taylor bent over backwards to help, called warehouses to see what they had in stock to overnight, and then went to their warehouse to see if they had anything at all. We didn’t feel pressured at all, spent hours trying things on, and their seamstress is absolutely magical! She had my daughter’s dress pinned perfectly in record time. Everyone was so kind and truly thoughtful and cared for us as customers. I highly recommend using them over a big box store. You will not regret it.

I hate leaving negative reviews but inthis case I have to.If you can find what you want any where else, do it. This shops owner was the worst. After ordering my mother if the bride dress 5 months early and a notification that it was in 5 times and me calling to say I would be in I was told each time that it wasn't in after all but definitely on its way I was at the point I was going to have to order something else for the wedding I was told I would get no refund. To bad for me it miraculously showed up. They charged me $79 to pin the dress and &250 to hem it I left feeling like I had been beat up. When I went back in to tell them I just couldn't afford it I was still charged for the dress, $79 for the pin up and $43 for the pins being left in and to search for someone to hem it I left and finally found an alterations shop to hem it for $12 and it was beautifully done with a belt and the sleeves taken up as well.The owner was just horrible to me. Not only the alterations hut the torment of waiting day by day hoping it would arrive. The sweet girl that works for her was even on my side.Just remember it is definitely not the only shop in this metroplex. My daughter found the dress if her dreams at Elizabeth Lee bridal shop and they were so precious to us. Maybe that was the problem. Just be aware
