Came in to fix an issue with removing a light fixture for a taillight bulb. James was extremely helpful in getting it working for me!! I really appreciate the help, especially after a tough couple of months for me personally. Highly recommend this Brakes Plus for their staff and work!

I came in to have my brake pads replaced, which took about 2 hours. But they actually cover your Lyft ride to go wherever you want to go (i.e. home) and back, so you don't have to wait inside. They were really great with explaining to me whatever issues I had with my car, and they offer discounts. I highly recommend this place because customer service was a 10/10.

James and his team do a great job taking care of their customers. I had an issue with my wheel bearing. They took care of it quickly with great service. He does a great job managing the store and should be recognized.

I have used the location in North Richland Hills twice. They are not salesmen. They are good people. Llyle and the general manager are trustworthy. They are also very fast, but I would never confuse them with a 10 minute oil change business. They communicate and are honest.

They did a great job replacing my shocks and struts. My truck had never been anywhere else except the dealer for repairs. But when the dealer started charging for using a credit card (I wanted the points) and said the repairs would take several days, I looked for another shop and found Brakes Plus. It took them five hours --not days-- to get me back on the road. And the bill was less than what the dealer wanted. As their slogan says, "Don't pay dealer prices."

I normally don't write reviews and I've waited nearly a month since my last visit to do so. My experiences with Brakes Plus have all been positive. I think their prices are really fair (even better than fair when you use readily available coupons), and what I appreciate most is that James will make suggestions, but he is never pushy. I will continue to go to Brakes Plus for many of my automotive needs.

The service here is unmatched. My guy Brandon has taken better care of me than any other automotive repair shop that I have been to. He is always keeping me informed, updated, and in the loop on the best prices and service possible. I will absolutely be coming back here and requesting Brandon immediately. Him and his team here should be the only consideration when in need of the services they offer.This is the place to go and the people be with. I had locked my keys in my car. I called them on the off chance that they would have a tool I could use try to get my keys out and when I talked to the guy he said, I have a kit and my manager will be right over, and they helped me get my keys out in minutes! They were a lifesaver in a time of great need!! I hadn’t been their customer yet but I will be soon. I am so grateful for these guys! Thank you so much!

I really like the staff at Brakes Plus in N Richland Hills! They are very knowledgeable and helpful with the work we have brought to their shop. Very trustworthy and I always feel that they are honest is what our cars need. I am happy to recommend them!

Great place to have your car serviced. Top notch guys who take customer service seriously. Friendly, professional and skilled. They make every effort to get the job done in a timely matter. They also provide Uber rides to get you home and back to the shop. I would definitely take my car back for any maintenance or car troubles I encounter.

Brakes Plus has great customer service and are very fast and helpful! Llyle greeted me and helped to get my car brakes inspected. He was very knowledgeable in explaining to me what my car needed and offered me their company coupon. Overall great service!

Good crew in this shop. Made an appointment on Friday night for Saturday morning at 10:00. Took it there at 9:00. New rotors and pads all the way around on my F250 and back out the door by lunch. Fast, efficient and quality work. Not sure about prices because I didn't shop it around, but the fact that I as able to make an appointment Friday NIGHT for the next morning and get it done so quickly is worth whatever premium they may or may not be charging.Service: Auto brake repair
