Not a fan. Bonnie was rude and unprofessional. I walked in while she was talking down to an employee. Needless to say - I didn’t buy anything to support her business.EDIT: After scrolling through other reviews. I came across her replying to a review. Even her response was unprofessional for a google review! I will definitely not support anyone who can not act like an adult.

I’m so confused by this place! I searched CBD shops near me and I put the address in my phone and drive here and there isn’t actually a storefront it looks like it’s been moved online! It says “curbside pickup” and “in store shopping” on their google profile, but clearly that’s wrong if the storefront is empty...I tried calling the number that i found on the website and it didn’t work, so. I’m lost. I like to look around and talk to people before I buy because I have some concerns and this was a waste of time. Please update your Google to reflect that you do not have a storefront so when people search for CBD shops yours doesn’t come up anymore.Wish I could leave a better review. Free shipping and delivery on her website is awesome but that doesn’t help me very much. Thank you!

Checked the hours the other day and it said 11:00-6:00 so I planned to come in today around noon. I arrived and the open sign was off so i checked my google before I got out of my car and now the store is only open between 5:15 and 7:00? So this store is only open for less than 2 hours during the week? This is extremely inconvenient as I drove all the way from Euless to check out Delta-8 products.I won’t be wasting my time again, luckily a shop around the corner was open so it wasn’t a total loss. Very frustrating the hours keep changing.

Kinda expensive for what you get and I don’t feel like the quality was as good.Edit to respond to the shop owner:Sorry idk a Katarina. Perhaps you have me mistaken for someone else. Don’t blame me for you not being able to keep up with the books for your shop. I came in several months ago and paid cash. I was iffy on the product at first but wanted to give it a fair shot so I waited until I finished it to give it an accurate review. I probably wasn’t coming back anyways, but if this is how you treat your customers I certainly won’t be now.

Her prices are way too high, her office is small and I didn’t even know she was open because the lights were off the last two times I drove by during the week. Much better customer Service at American Shaman and CBD Seed to Harvest. No hate to Bonnie, I just think she needs help with the store.

Bonnie is a very toxic person. Coming from being an employee she jacks up her pricing higher than the websites she orders from. If you’d like any CBD products I suggest going online you will always find a better deal than what she has in store.

Not entirely impressed. Ran across her insta and it was really cute, but no pricing which made me go the extra mile to look up the website. Which was also confusing considering she has a different name for every social media!Finally figured out the website and Pricing is a little outrageous and some products don’t even have photos. I found some of the exact same products on the manufacturers website, like extract labs, and with a coupon it was much cheaper than here. Not to mention she doesn’t do free shipping until you pay over $150, which is crazy for such small products. I was hoping since she was a small business/female owned maybe I could support her, but I’m not paying $100 for a $65 bottle of CBD like I get online from Extract Labs. It’s not hard to find a coupon code for them. Or sign up with your email and you instantly get a % off.Also, just judging off the reviews and the way Bonnie just spoke to some people with bad reviews, doesn’t seem like the type of place I want to do business with.I’m not getting out and about due to covid, so I’m doing all my shopping online and I’ve been trying out different businesses to support but this one just doesn’t sit right with me. Hope this helps.

Bonnie is knowledgeable but totally aloof. She was hard to discuss things with. She was pushy and made it hard to understand anything coming from someone who has never used CBD before. I ended up buying something out of sympathy for her.

I visit Bonnie's today and I am in love. The owner helped me personally and she was so sweet. From the moment you walked in, you could smell the amazing candles. I loved those. She had so many different CBD products, from gummies, dog/cat treats, candles, rolled items, and much much more. It's definitely a great place to get all your CBD needs. I will definitely be back!

Bonnie’s Botanical Provision CBD! An unexpected pleasant experience. Bonnie explained all products clearly and thoroughly. A personal and delightful interaction. Amazing scented candles and excited to come back soon. Left the location feeling confident and my boyfriend and I kept bringing up the positive interaction!

Bonnie is so helpful! She is willing and knowledgeable to answer any questions or concerns you have about her products. My pup, Rosey, and I just ordered Fetch oil for her anxiety last night. Bonnie delivered it herself to our door today since everything is shut down! Rosey enjoyed the tissue paper her oil came in more than the oil! ??
