This is our Sarge's go to vet. He *likes* going to the vet. They saved his life with heartworm treatments. I can never thank them enough.

It’s my main vet clinic, I like the way they treat animals. Whenever I have questions about something, they always help me to understand and even provide a paper copy of the disease If i ask. I’m grateful that they take care of my and other people’s pet great.

Outstanding customer service! Sandra really went out of her way to help get the medication I was needing for my fur baby to be comfortable after his ACL/CCL injury while we are having to wait to see a specialist. She definitely made my day! Thank you!

Love the people and how they care for my dogs. They call you a day ahead before you come in. They also call you afterward after a visit to check on your animal.

I am not a fan of Banfield because everyone I went I got a different veterinarian who did not know my pet, never met my pet and didn’t know the nuances of my pet. They made me sign a contract and when I wasn’t happy with the service they would not let me out of the contract unless I paid a fee. The concept may sound good but if you expect personalized care, you won’t find it there.

Best experience for my nervous old man. We have been to so many Banfields over the years and this one was the first my baby was treated with care, not just trying to shove him in and out. Our nurse is 100% the reason, I wish I could remember her name!!My only negative is you don’t get to see the doctor. I’m not really a fan of the “telephone” game, but luckily our nurse was amazing so it wasn’t a huge thing.

At first I was a little timid as I am about any new thing or place but I got my puppy I went ahead and signed her up for the Optimum Wellness plan. it’s a great value of your puppy is really young and needs several vaccinations or visits. She has been to this location 3/4 times and will continue to go. Bree and Dr.Nichols are amazing as well as all the staff. I don’t know everyones nameBut they are all very knowledge professional and caring towards my girl and are equally courteous to call me with updates on how she’s doing during her drop off visit the time she was sick I even got a call to ask how she was doing with the antibiotics. I really appreciate all they have done and continue to do.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Nichols. He cared for my dog Priscilla for the last few weeks of her life. I’ve never met a veterinarian who made it seem as though he really cared about her and about making her feel better. Dr Nichols tried everything he could to help her, but unfortunately there were things out of his control in the end. I can’t speak on the other veterinarians at this location because I only really worked with Dr Nichols, but I will say that if he is the one to help you and your pet, he will take very good care of them. He is very professional, very well spoken, and he really takes his time explaining everything and is always ready to answer any and all questions.

After 3 missed diagnoses, and persuading me to buy a health plan "to save money on treatment", we had to put my 7yr old dog down. And although I was unable to reap the money-saving benefits the health plan promised because I no longer had a dog, I still had to pay monthly installments on the heath plan for a year, since he died only 6 days after they sold it to me. Let me also add that the plan offered no benefits covering euthanasia or cremation costs. It was a solemn monthly reminder of how their incompetence cost me not only $100/mo. for 12 months, but also the life of my beloved family member. I would NOT trust these people with anything beyond regular, healthy pet checkups.

I meant to write this review for a long time; however, I got caught up with personal events. The staff is nice; however, be advised they will prioritize revenue above professionalism and the well- being of your pet. When I took my dog in for an acute problem, the doctor came out to give me more information about the testing he wanted to run. After running the tests, he came out again and gave me a diagnosis. Then, he said he wanted to run another test for such and such reason and asked if he could. I accepted the request; THEN right away he said he already ran the test and that everything was normal!!! So he probably wouldn't have told me the results of a test he already ran unless I agreed to pay. Basically, he wanted to make sure he was charging for it. Can this be any more unprofessional????When my dog had to have a teeth cleaning, I came prepared to switch over to the teeth cleaning plan which is more expensive than the regular wellness plan. They do not tell you how much extra you need to pay or the possibilities of having to pay a certain amount of money for the cleaning. They always "recommend" an x-ray, not covered by the plan, after the extraction of even one tooth that is very loose even when the tooth is almost coming out by itself just in case they forget to get a piece of tooth inside (that is what they will say). I think it definitely should be recommended in other situations. Therefore, the price of dental work done goes up significantly even though you pay for the "plan" that includes cleaning (I paid over $400 that day for one cleaning and the the extraction of one tooth (taking a tooth out is $39 only, you also have to pay for the anesthesia ha).So, my conclusion is that this corporate vet medicine is not looking after your pet. Their concern is generating revenue through monthly subscriptions, and nickle and diming through tests without transparency. Not really worth trusting the lives of your pets to these people; especially if your dog has a chronic condition. The saddest part is that animal health care professionals are part of it.
