Got a low oil light for the first time after driving from Colorado to see the eclipse. Stopped here to buy oil to top off for the 800 mile drive home. The guy at the counter ( Adrian? Not sure, sorry) and his manager, Carlos, were both very helpful answering my questions and even showed me how to top off my oil. Thanks guys!

Had to buy a new battery for my old car and have it installed. It was close to closing time and it was tricky and complicated, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful and got it handled.

Just went in to get some help identifying a hose that was leaking on my truck and right off the bat, The employee behind the counter had an attitude and he didn’t seem like he wanted to help me at all. I mean that’s their job to help identify missing, or bad parts on our vehicles. I’ve been coming to AutoZone for years and never been treated like a POS. I’ll never go back to store 6269 again.

A salesman named Brennan worked with me this afternoon and did a wonderful job, testing my battery, and finding the perfect battery for me. Then he proceeded to put the battery on my car for me! The weather was freezing, and he did it quickly, and Efficiently! I am very grateful, and I will come to AutoZone again. Next time I need help!

Man these guys are great. I never feel pressured to purchase anything, the staff is super friendly and nearly always asks how my day is going. Very clean store as well.

I purchased a new battery here this morning after the sudden death of my car battery. David went above and beyond and drove the new battery over to where my car was rendered nonfunctional across the street and installed it himself on a cold morning. Very timely help and much appreciated!! Definitely deserves all 5 stars!

Today I received GREAT customer service from this location. They replaced my headlamps and only charged for one (when it was decided it probably made sense to replace both even though one still worked). Every time I've gone there they show they care about their customers.

The store manager, Jess, helped my me & my husband find the right battery for his truck. She went the extra mile & replaced it for us too. It took her less than 10 minutes. Very pleased. We’ll be back. Great experience!
