I have never experienced a service department where they don't give a crap about customers. I'm not sure what the issue is but I know I will never ever contact them again. I will soon be looking to purchase a new car , but I won't be going to this dealership.

Parts department has lied to me twice about availability of parts and prices.Service department has the worst wait times I've ever seen. Not to mention replacing parts on my truck with wrong parts from other year models.Go anywhere else, including Taco Bell, for better service.

Drove from Texarkana, because the manager knew what we wanted and Tamera (sorry if your name isn't correctly) was awesome and really great salesperson to work with! Even the gentleman who did our paperwork was awesome! We just don't like Dallas traffic ?
