I called the day before to make an appt for 930 the next day when they open for a pedicure, and they took it. When I arrived on time, it was clear they had overbooked. Seeing they were already so busy I told them I needed to leave by 10:30- which happened to be to the airport- for a trip, which is the sole reason I wanted a pedicure. I sat waiting as they set up all the other clients. At 9:45 they put me in a chair and turned on the water, saying they will get to me soon. A few minutes later another tech walked by and turned off the water- she didn't say one word to me. So now my feet are sitting in stagnant luke warm water. At 9:55 another tech came over and said just a few more minutes. 3 techs now telling me nothing. At this point I'm over it. I don't know about you, but my time is valuable. I took the time to make an appt, and I arrived on time, all for nothing. So I left- and not one employee tried to stop me. I've never been there, and I'll never be back.

Love my nails. I had Katie and she was so funny and payed attention to detail! shade was 460 dip and i got like almondy rounded shape.

First time here. It was ok, nothing spectacular. The pedicure I chose was supposed to have a 28 minutes massage, but it was only 20 minutes. Since this is my favorite part of a pedicure, I was very disappointed by this.
Also, the lady who works the front desk is a bit rude.

if your going to close at 7:30 close at 7:30.. not 7. felt insanely rushed getting express pedicure and manicure at 6:30 and told it was fine because they close at 7:30.. I did ask.. my daughter and I felt very uncomfortable and pushed out the door with wet nails and our ride not there.. they were completely locked everyone gone and lights off by 7:18 while we waited outside.. super awkward and uncomfortable.. I have come many times before and loved it.. I wish they would have just said they couldn't do both of us or didnt have time if everyone wanted to leave early. I was also asked to pay ahead so they can close register but other customers paid later.. so I already tipped and then felt very uncomfortable.. my daughter and I were alone in the main room with no music and no employees a few minutes..very awkward..drink spilt on our stuff and not cleaned up.. I would have felt better if they just said they couldn't take us then to spend money for an experience with my daughter and feel so uncomfortable. I would suggest changing advertised closing time to 7 If you want to close at 7.

I have been going here for over eight years. The staff is always super friendly and they are always happy to see you when you come in they even remember my whole family‘s name. They give you great service and always want to make sure you’re completely happy. Definitely a good place to go repeatedly and build a relationship with. They truly treat you like family and sincerely care about your happiness and satisfaction of getting whichever service done.

Here's my dip set.My go to nail girl is Jessie.I see her every 3weeks.I highly recommend her.She is consistent every single time.Been going to her for 5+years.Her pedi are also great. The customer service at this salon is fantastic.They strive to make sure you enjoy getting your nails done.Salon is nice and clean!Highly Recommended
