We had Normangee Tractor rebuild a hydraulic cylinder off of a hay cutter and in the process of the rebuild, they damaged the piston rod and refused to make it right with us. We are long time customers and this is the first issue we’ve had with them and we’re surprised they refused to make it right with us.

In 2022 I paid $765 for old Normangee Tractor to come service my Tractor 67 miles away.
This year New Management charged over $1600.00!!! Must be getting rich in Washington County!!
Gonna have to find a new service company.

Called at noon to inquire about ordering some parts, on hold for 10min, was then told I would get a call back in a few min as soon as parts guy was avaliable.
No call
Call at 5:20 only to be put on hold for 15mins and I just hung up.
This seems to be very common these days and I have no idea how companies in this industry keep their doors open with this type of customer service.
Just missed out on over a thousand dollars worth of parts sales. Perhaps this review sparks a bit of interest within the company to return calls and not shun people off to the terrible "on hold" music.

I called the shop as My 500 Polaris Ranger , which I had purchased there about 5 years prior(another good experience) was showing a check engine error code-I had checked all the basic things but still showed the code. I spoke w John in service-he walked me through the entire process, figured out the issue and it was done over the phone. That isWhy I will continue to do business with these folks.Thank you
