Excellent Customer Service located here. This USPS post office is a hidden gem. I'd like to commend Ryan S. for his exceptional customer service. This is someone that knows how to speak to people and treat customers as they should be treated. Every time I come here I'm taken care of swiftly and leave feeling good about the overall experience. Good job to the staff / team!!!

Worst post office I have ever had the experience to encounter. I have been living in Nolanville for over 10 years. My mail is always placed in someone else’s mail box and neighbors far and wide come to my door to drop off my mail, telling me that my mail was placed in their inbox. My question is? If the address is correct why is it that my mail ends up in the wrong mailbox every single time. This is just baffling to me. I gave it one star because I had to pick an option in order to post a reply but it’s not even worth one star at this point. They need to get it together for sure.

Lady that works there is so rude. Not helpful. Has an attitude. I legit picked my stuff up and left and said I’ll go elsewhere.

Just moved to this small town , the guy that works here is always hateful, first encounter I thought it was him having a bad day but nope , same after 3 encounters . Everywhere I have been this far everyone has been the sweetest . Very convenient location but everyone shouldn’t work in customer service when they hate customers and hate being at work .

The Guy who answers the phone is extremely rude disrespectful and not helpful at all, he should honestly lose his job. Also they take forever to deliver packages. Have had several delivered passed the delivery date. This post office needs some real improvement!!!

The Nolanville post office is really a gem. The employees are always friendly and courteous. Ms Marjorie always take the time to ensure the customer feels valued. She provides information on shipping/mailing process, no matter how time consuming—she always has a smile. It is a small office but it has a might impact on it’s customers.
