“Jose from HH USPS was able to help me out. He had a positive attitude and very nice start to finish. I was not able to get into my mailbox after moving to a new location. He followed me to the mailbox and got me set up. I was able to get my keys!”

“Felicia was GREAT!! She had a smile the whole time and answered my excessive amount of curious questions with a smile. Since it was almost her lunch time, she went ahead and helped the gentlemen a little early who was scheduled at 12 so he wouldn’t get held up by scheduled lunch breaks. She handled the multi-tasking between him and I and stayed positive and polite the entire time. I appreciate the great service during a task I had been dreading!!”
