Title: Extremely Dissatisfied with Unethical and Exploitative ServiceI am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment with the services provided by the incompetent mechanics. My experience with this mechanic has left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.Not only did the dense mechanic fail to fix the initial issue with my vehicle, but they also charged me exorbitantly for unnecessary repairs and parts. The lack of transparency and professionalism throughout the process was truly disheartening. It is evident that their primary focus was on maximizing profits rather than providing honest and reliable service.Furthermore, they hid behind the desk when confronted and exhibited a complete disregard for my concerns and questions. They dismissed my inquiries with condescension and provided vague, evasive answers and told me to go somewhere else. Their behavior was unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customer satisfaction.To add insult to injury, when I sought a second opinion from another reputable mechanic, I discovered that the repairs suggested by owner were entirely unnecessary. This confirmed my suspicion that I had been deliberately misled and taken advantage of.I strongly advise anyone considering using Nocona Repair Center to think twice before entrusting their vehicle to them. The experience I had was not only a waste of time and money, but it also caused unnecessary stress and frustration.I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others, and that this company takes this feedback seriously in order to improve their practices. As a consumer, I expect honesty, integrity, and fair treatment, which were sorely lacking in my interactions with this mechanic.In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this ignorant dim of a mechanic for any automotive repairs or services. Their unethical practices and exploitative behavior have left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and distrustful. Seek out trustworthy and reputable mechanics who prioritize customer satisfaction and fair pricing. You will be ripped off by this company. I have all receipts.

These guys are great. Truck broke down on the way to take my son to Sheppard Air Force base and they went above and beyond. Even let us borrow their truck to take his washer and dryer all the way to Wichita Falls. Couldnt ask for better people.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Do you know I do quite a few reviews and stuff for a lot of places I go to and you know it’s there a few and far in between that you would sometimes highly recommend, but this is one of those sweet little towns that you just you you think that people should just all know about The lady and her husband that on the shop, his wife, she prayed with us because we were stuck here in town and are a fuel pump went out in our gas tank. They made so much effort to make sure we were OK. I am truly blessed and thank God that we made it here and that we had the opportunity to meet these people and operate recommend that if you come in to town and you need your car worked on or even if you’re just down the road you need a good honest mechanic. This is where you need to hit him up guys. He’s a really good people.

My car was overheating over the 4th of July weekend and I was stranded in town. I called and talked with Brad Ritchie and got me in right away! The service was fantastic and price was even better! Cant say enough about how they saved my work week and travel plans. Would recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

Was helping a friend move from CA to OK. She purchased 2 trucks in OK to move her family and animals. On our way back to CA we had one truck blow coolant all over. Thought it was a line. Luckily we were half a block from them and they were able to look at it rather quickly. Turns out that there were major issues with the truck. Oh man were they upset with the guy that sold her the truck. They went above and beyond waht any shop I have dealt with ever. They stayed very late, after hours for 2 days, trying to find out what was wrong. The end was that the truck was shot before it was purchased. They did everything they could to help us. They even called the person who sold it to us. In the end the guy refunded the money for the truck. We had to continue on with the trip, short a much needed vehicle. The men were awsome. They were more concerned for our well-being and safety than their bottom dollar. Honest, fair, reliable. I highly recommend these guys.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
