My husband used this man because his friend from work referred to him as the “tax wizard”It was a scam. My husband got audited for every year he helped him and ended up owing tens of thousands of dollars. Mr. Fenner and his office were of ZERO help throughout the entire situation. Literally couldn’t even get an email or call back to get him to help us fixing it properly. We just now this year got it all paid back and it started in 2016. I DO NOT recommend him at all. Save yourself and go to a CPA that states on their website how much they will cover if you get audited. Several do, but notice not his.

We've used him for 10yrs without an issue. We got audited and he didn't even lift a finger to help us. He wasn't in our corner at all. He claimed expenses that we didn't even have and now we are paying the price. If you use him, good luck. It will take forever to do a simple tax return.

Unbelievable some of these reviews. Mr Fenner sees 30 ppl a day plus handling drop offs and mail-ins and still manages to do an excellent job. Oh and charges very little considering the work he does. Go pay another cpa $1000+ to be more responsive. Bet you leave money in the gov pocket too

I LOVE getting my taxes done here!! Mrs Fenner is very nice, She's not rude, just busy!! These guys take on a TON of clients and although the wait is long, I'll take it!! Best place that has ever done our taxes

My husband has experienced an issue with not receiving refunds from the IRS and we have been unable to get it resolved directly with the IRS up until now. When I reached out to Mr. Fenner's office, I provided the documentation they requested, but also listed some important questions I had regarding 1) my home office and 2) my husband's previous tax returns.I wish now I had not provided them with any documents prior to getting these questions answered, as they proceeded to prepare my taxes, knowing they had a company policy that dictated they could not assist me with my husband's situation. My taxes were prepared without informing me of this policy or answering any of the questions I initially asked via email.In addition, the amount that we ended up owing was the exact same as the free version of TurboTax, plus his $180 preparation fee. There were no savings realized. I understand that Mr. Fenner is a tax professional, not a magician. However, I was hoping to somewhat recuperate the preparation fee by receiving his help to uncover the mystery behind my husband's prior returns and potentially have the refunds he is owed applied to this year's amount.I wish Mr. Fenner and his office would have notified me prior to preparing my tax return that they would not be able to assist me with an issue that was so obviously pertinent in my request for services. Also, I personally saw no savings by leveraging Mr. Fenner than I would have using a free service (of course, this factor is a case-by-case basis).We will not be using Mr. Fenner in the future, and I would not recommend his business.

I've been a client of Mr. Fenner for the last 7 years and I'm not sure what has happened but his service went from 10 to about a 2-3. They never reach out to you after emails or voice messages. I have since hired a new CPA. I don't recommend this place anymore to anyone.

Mr Fenners operation was my tax time go to for 8 years, he is very good at what he does and is over qualified to get your maximum return. 2 out of the 3 women that work in the front of his office are very sweet and helpful to their best ability, with that being said mr fenners wife, Lorie, is the 1 that will be ever obvious as the person you probably will remember the most if you are unfortunate enough to have to speak with her. Mrs Fenner is obnoxious and rude without rhyme or reason, if you can avoid coming into contact with her it would make your experience 100% more enjoyable.
