Flip a coin, if Gilbert is there then the transaction goes quite smooth, if Neil is there he's got some passive aggressive issues and I'll walk out when I see him at the counter. As for the quality of Napa products, as they say, your mileage may vary.

Went in looking for 5W-30 synthetic oil for a mini cooper s was greeted nicely, after buying and putting into my car the engine stopped working. Read the bottle and it says it is for trucks and SUVs i'm not sure why they said it would work for my car but here we are dropping money on fixing an engine that was fine before this.
