“See a lot of one-star reviews and mostly about the USPS. The positive reviews are mostly about the Saginaw location and its staff - as it should be. I usually go to the office near my house but happened to be in Saginaw and needed to mail an important letter. I did not get the young man's name, but he was professional and courteous and not something I have experienced at the locations closer to home. I'll be back.”
“We’ve become frequent visitors due to our mail being routed here for a month and all I can say are positive things about the staff. We had packages being held and they always searched for them due to our whole neighborhood being routed there I know it’s hard. I appreciate to their help during this last month. “Alot of people hyper focus on the attitude of the employees here but at the end of the day, being friendly is not exactly in their job description. While they may not be kind and bubbly, they get the mail going where it’s supposed to, and they will fix any issue brought to their attention. The male employee people reference in their reviews isn’t rude, he’s just all business. It’s his personality. He’s not there to be your friend, he’s there to do his job. Overall this a trustworthy location.”
