Highly recommend. Very professional, extremely fair on price compared to other shops. We had a lifetime coating put on our roof at a fraction of the rhino line company

After speaking with several local companies about repairing hail damage on our RV we had nearly given up on being able to afford it. We were lucky to have found DFW RV Roof masters and the wonderful owner. Brian was able to repair our RV for a fraction of what we had been quoted, and he did an AMAZING job! Our biggest worry now is where we will head on our next trip. Thank you to Brian and RV Roof Masters. I highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of RV repair.

I backed into my basketball goal 3 weeks before I was go on vacation, the dealership advised they wouldn’t be able to get it in for at least 6 months. I was calling around to try and find someone who could help me and ran across Brian at DFW RV Roof repairs. He was able to inspect my RV and determine the roof was damaged and was able to fit in his schedule and fix it in plenty of time for my family and I head out on our Thanksgiving vacation on time! Thanks for saving our vacation Brian.Service: Body & Trim

I called Brian about my RV roof needing to be recoated and fixed. He called back saying he and his employee Michael Levesque would get back to me the following weekend and they did. I paid up front for materials and labor they never finished the job and took my money. They took out the windows and it's rained in my RV all day. (See photos) I've called, texted, and emailed no response. This is why it's hard to trust small business.

Brian showed up when he said he would. Called when he said he would. Called me back right away when I first called him. He did exactly what he said he would...even more. He fixed a couple of small things on my roof and did a complete roof inspection. He did all that as a courtesy because he was there to swap out my A/C. He put down a tarp and cleaned up when done. He can do just about anything on an RV and if it is not in his line he will tell you who does that work. In this day and age when you can't hardly get a hamburger made correctly, it's refreshing to find someone as professional as this. Obviously I highly recommend this company. Brian is the owner and you speak to him. Thank you a ? times!Service: Air conditioning

Let me start off by saying I am not upset with 90% of the work Brian did nor the craftsmanship with which it was done. But the other 10% has left me bitter. There was some old damage done to the membrane roof on my RV. After about 5 years of patching and re-patching it myself the A/C finally gave out - I decided it was time to hire a professional and completely replace the roof. I got a dozen estimates, dropped the two low and two high bidders, then looked pretty closely at the rest. Brian was middle of the pack but had the best turn-around time by weeks, so I decided to hire him. I showed him around inside and outside of the RV, we talked about the scope of repairs. Essentially I wanted everything functional fixed - I wasn't overly concerned with esthetics, but I was tired of dealing with leaking. He ended up being a week or two late on his estimate (but still weeks faster than the other bids), and the roof looked great. He'd called with some issues with the slides - needed new seals and gaskets - added cost. I approved. Then when I went to pick the RV up he notified me that there was a big tear on the roof of my living room slide, but it didn't need to be replaced - just $30 and he'd patch it up. So I said fine and he came out a week later to tape it. I was a little disappointed that he didn't replace the water damaged ceiling in the living room slide, but he explained it wasn't a functional issue, he had too many other jobs, and I could just go buy plywood from Home Depot and fix it myself when I had time. Fast forward almost exactly a year and I decided it was time to hire a mobile repair guy to come fix the ceiling since I haven't had time all year. He shows up and starts taking the ceiling down and it's full of water. The fiberglass insulation is saturated, the inner sheet of luan is destroyed, the outer layer is destroyed - you can poke your finger all the way through to the membrane. Turns out Brian's "patch" on the slide may have sealed that tear, but it was obviously still leaking from somewhere. I asked the new tech if this was just one years worth of damage and he said no, this has been leaking for many years and this damage was definitely there last year. Now we also have to replace the floor where the water has started rotting through the bottom of the slide. So I called Brian up and just asked him why he didn't replace the slide roof when he did the rest of the roof - I honestly thought there may have been a legitimate reason. He immediately got defensive. "This new guy doesn't know what he's talking about, it's a solid foam roof so water doesn't cause structural damage, you must have damaged the slide roof after I fixed it... etc" It's not a solid foam roof. It's luan, fiberglass batting, luan, rubber membrane - and I know this because I'm looking at it. The water damage was 100% structural because the luan is literally falling apart. Brian went on to say he had no legal or ethical obligation to inspect my RV when he fixed it - he was paid to replace the roof and he did that. I did not call to ask him to fix anything for free or return my money. I honestly couldn't reconcile if he chose not to fix it or didn't assess the extent of the damage - but after talking to him, I disagree, if an RV is brought in for a full roof replacement, I do think he has an ethical obligation to look at the slides and see if they're damaged. I've attached a copy of the invoice so you can see that Brian clearly inspected the slide and decided a bandaid was a better solution than a full repair. And I approved all of his recommended fixes, so he can't say he recommended I fix it and I declined - I even paid for the OSB upgrade he recommended. The main roof looks great and, so far, is holding up great. The A/C is functioning perfectly. I don't have any complaints about the price I paid or the majority of the work he did. But I paid $8,500 to have him completely replace my roof, and now, a year late

Bryan was very in depth in his explanation of the different variants in roof materials on rvs. I have a kingsley custom coach and didnt want just anyone working on it. His knowledge of different coatings and the way they would bond to different materials was the reason we chose them to coat the roof on our coach. So far so good and very pleased with the finished product. He even did some extra repairs that i needed and didnt up charge me. Would highly recomend them to others.

Bryan Fleming did an excellent job fixing our leaking roof and slide out on our RV. He was always on time, explained exactly what needed to be repaired, took pictures before and after the repair, and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his company!Service: Body & Trim
