“My family has been renting 2 units since 2016. The staff is great and accommodating. We have non climate-controlled outside units, so not much is expected of the unit itself. I have had a rodent problem for the last year and tried to treat the problem myself. There is a large gap under the unit doors, so it's no surprise animals can get in. I've been pleased with the place for the most part. The only complaints I have are the driveway and the yearly $20 increase. The pot holes are extremely rough on my Honda. I've damaged the shocks. I understand the cost of living increases over time, and market rates do too. It just bugs me when rentals increase but offer no incentives or make no improvements, and you're just paying more for the same old thing. Sometimes, there are promotions for new customers that are a better deal than the loyal, long-time renters get.”
“Had a really interesting stay here, management is cool very stern on the rent, it's affordable for those who like to save money. The Neighbors are such good charactes, Really had a fulfilling stay thank you liza hope to see you again.”
“We have our RV and boat stored here for a couple of years and have had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this facility.Allyson is phenomenal to work with and always kept us up to date with changes, if we had a tire go flat, if anything looked out of the norm with our trailers and when there were watercraft safety checks available at the facility.We will be leaving the facility soon as we have moved to Waco, but are truly going to miss the wonderful facility but most importantly, we will miss the peace of mind we have had while storing here, knowing Allyson watched over our things as though they were her own.”

“If you love to go boating but hate the hassle of going to get your boat launching your boat loading your boat taking it back to a storage unit then this place is for you. They do it all and it stays in a enclosed storage unit. You radio them when you're ready for pickup they come get you, launch it , and when you're done boating you bring it back and you pull it back on the trailer and they take you back to the storage it's a no-brainer”

“Professionally ran company by great people. Storage units are consistently attended to and kept in top condition. Climate control units are kept cool and dry, well protected from the elements as a result of the top tier build constructed by owner. I have had two units here for several years. One climate controlled and one not. I've never had an issue but it was clear from day one if ever I did the management would ensure it was quickly addressed and corrected. A few things I'd add are the security features of the property are in effect 24/7. Video surveillance along with code protected entryway. A second level of entry security is maintained by code access to climate controlled units. This business also offers outdoor and covered storage for boats and recreational vehicles. The times I've used the on-site car wash I've never ran into any reportable issues. Hope this post is a help to you and if you are in need of this businesses services as I have written above you'll not only be taking care of but the level of that care is sure to impress.”
