“I would like to write a letter of appreciation to the director and staff of the Denim and Diamonds Pre-School and Daycare in New Waverly. In my experience as a parent I have been extremely grateful to share my son with Mrs. Joye and her teachers. They have continuously supported my family with love and warmth. Over the past few years, through COVid nightmare... and still, with all of the challenges that we face every day. I have always found comfort in knowing that they were going to help me shape my son as he grows. Because of the way they work with him, my son's oral language development is outstanding and he is a thoughtful, vibrant, little boy. He communicates extremely well and he expresses often that he "loves his teachers". As the new year begins, I can't help but thank the staff for showing my son that it does indeed "take a big heart to shape little minds". I often remind him to thank Ms. Joye and his teachers when we leave. And he doesn't hesitate in saying, "Thank you for taking care of me". I wanted to take this moment to do the same. Thank you Ms. Joye and to all the ladies. Thank you for putting your best foot forward everyday...to help me, raise my son and for teaching him, and taking care of him each time you could.
