I try to stop after visiting my patient pastNew Waverly. The crew has ALWAYS been so cheerful. I wish more fast food employees were this pleasant. Horrible!! We ordered 3 wraps with nothing special & an order of onion rings & literally waited over 30 minutes for our food (& I have video proof of this - screen shots from video posted) my onion rings were so cold we didn't even eat them. We needed to be on the road & stopped there for a quick bite, but after 30 minutes, we got cold food & didn't have another 30 minutes to wait around to get fresh food! We got moved to the front of the store from the drive thru & cars went on after us... 30+ minutes for 3 wraps & onion rings is unacceptable. I've spent a majority of my working history in food service & this is shameful service. I'd be embarrassed. I get a bad day too but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a Burger King. Doubtful I'll be back to that one & that's a shame bc I camp by there every summer & have made multiple visits to this store.

Asked for a burger made a special way. Seems like they made it different on purpose. Good news is the management took it seriously and said they would address it.

Never knew it was there. I thought the place was closed. Friend of mine said they are open. So we went, we ate, and enjoyed it so much. Thank you guys. Burger and fries were hot and delicious. Lived here for 5 years and just realized y'all were open. ?

This burger king has the absolutely worst associates known to the burger kingdom! The only good employee at this location is the Burger Queen, every single time i’ve come at 10 am they have already stopped serving breakfast and they are extremely rude when you point out breakfast is supposed to end at 10:30.

We went to BK tonight... my favorite fast food place typically... every single time we have gone to this location there has been an issue with the service and or the app... tonight we tell the guy the code so I can redeem reward points on a burger. After it was redeemed he messed up something on the computer it already took my 1000pts! But he asks me for the code again but I don't have it... and can't remember the last 2 numbers of the code... the manager gets involved and acts like she doesn't understand why it took my points instead of giving me points claiming the app doesn't do that... I had to speak very clearly to get her to understand I was using my points to get a reward and that takes points as the purchase... there was a lot of talking in circles before she said she could just ring it up as free and I could get my burger... she did get me my burger made properly the way I asked thankfully so that was corrected... but why put a Kid as a manager??? Especially someone who doesn't know how to work the app or properly correct an issue made by YET AGAIN another kid... he made the error on his computer and the manager could not correct the issue or problem solve until after going around in circles. I will never be eating at this specific BK again. I seriously advise getting some properly trained adults in there to run the place. Wanna hire kids? Great! Have an adult manager there to help them do their job and fix their mistakes. At the very least don't use the app at this location there has been an issue every time I've tried to use my app at this place... they don't know how it works to be able to run it.

Tried to order food and cashier couldn’t take figure out how to use the computer after 10 minutes of her trying to find what I wanted to order I just left the store. Wasted my lunch

Avoid this location at all costs. Workers have a terrible attitude for their own mistakes. Have been here several times and gave them multiple chances and there isn’t a time that they haven’t messed something up and gave me attitude about it. I’m very easy to please and this place never fails to disappoint.
