Used to be a super nice car wash gentle on my vehicle and A very nice wash. Recently I took my vehicle le through and it ripped off my blind spot mirror as well as my wheel cover. The vacuums as well barley have any suction as well as only one side working. I could go on and on. Just save your money and time and go find a new car wash.

Just SHUT THIS place ! I gave them a chance thinking it will get better after TITUS unfortunately left us! But no ZIPS has not improved AT ALL! Those who give good reviews MUST be family members! I was a member since TITUS but today was my their last chance, the washing things what ever they are called sometimes work,sometimes there is little or to much soap, not to mention the VACUUMS!! I literally get off work in a rush to clean my cars so that I can go home to get my kids but by far the vacuums were not suctioning I took so long trying to suction the dirt up, Not the left side nor right vacuums worked! I was moving from vacuum to vacuum to see which suction the most but FAILURE none were working! I saw many cars leave for the same reason! Don’t bother to comment down below apologizing, you really need to work in this car wash that is super close to many homes! TITUS COME BACK with giving shout outs to your employees because this place does not care for the car wash, customers and employees don’t look as happy as they used to be which a lot are new faces.

I hastily purchased two memberships yesterday through Zips app, excited that they have pretty fair deals on multicar memberships and a really good coupon for both for the first month.. (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Site location is great. I purchased 2 Pro Unlimited packages. Tried out the site for the first time yesterday on two separate occasions with both my vehicles.Unfortunately, not a good first impression by any means.Neither of my vehicles came from wash tunnel nearly as clean as I would expect (really not clean at all), and I've used many sites similar to this one in the past. Far and away better quality washes in past experiences. No pre pressure washing on tougher spots of my vehicles for the entire day was pretty disappointing. Mind you, I came once early morning and once again in late afternoon. Associate stated pressure wand was inoperative. I'm concerned of this new membership now that I've come here to see the recent reviews. Wish I had done that first. It's quite noticable by reading recent reviews how far this car wash site has fallen off in the time since Zips' acquisition. I understand transition pains and such. Equipment not working properly is a huge concern regardless. I've been through many acquisitions in customer service management positions myself and never in any of those circumstances did the service my team provide suffer. If site managers here aren't capable, and hopefully that's the situation here, then clearly supervision from above needs to intervene. Certainly Zips' corporate will not stand for this? If so, then buyers of the brand BEWARE.I wasn't so observant yesterday to take note on all functioning equipment while I was going through the wash tunnel, but given how poor both my vehicles looked afterwards, I can definitely suggest there is plenty of room for improvement in the quality of wash. Whether it's due to inoperative equipment or lack of proper detergents, wash quality was poor either way given that both washes are Pro tiers.I will give this site a fair chance for the rest of the term of my new membership in hopes that there is some dramatic form of improvement in product quality. I will certainly cancel next month if need be!!Thank you.*Update 5/1/24*Customers BEWARE. You will not get your money's worth at this location. If I could give zero stars I would. I've given this site a fair chance with a 2 car membership over a 4 month period. I have to say that this IS THE poorest run site. Today was the final straw. No towels to dry my car. Entire row of vacs closest to the wash tunnel inoperative, no compressed air. Half the wash tunnel isn't working properly. I am done, I am cancelling my memberships for both cars today. Anyone who comes here, you're throwing your money away!!

I gave the 4 star rating when I first started using them, but it seems the longer I go the worse the service gets, most of the brushes don't work or don't work properly, most times the soap doesn't dispense properly, I have canceled my account and will never use them again, very dissatisfied

Went through carwash twice and the car still came out dirty with soap still all over. Half the scrubbers through the car wash didn't work nor did it at rinse very well. Decided to at least try to vacuum the inside but their vacuums had no suction. This place is a huge waste of time and money!

What a wonderful experience! Chet was incredible and so helpful! Wonderful car wash and then WOW! They not only have free vacuums and air but microfiber towels! What a wonderful car wash!We will return!!!

Just purchased the $24 wash. The wash was mediocre. Not a fan of the tire shine they use. Moving on, the vacuums were clogged. There were no rags available, the detail spray was empty at most stations. If you are on the search to find a decent car wash to purchase a membership to...avoid this location.

It's sad that for $20 your car is still dirty when you come out of the bay the vacuum heads are so small you spend all of your time unclogging them waste of time and money both of which are precious perfect example of corporate greed right here. NEVER AGAIN

I went and got the pro car wash and when i left there were scuffs on my close to brand new car, and it wasn’t even clean. The vacuums had little to no pressure and the attendant there just talked on his airpods the whole time and was no help. will not be back.
