There were only 2 tellers working and it took over 30 minutes of waiting to conduct my transaction. Judging from the previous complaints it doesn’t sound like the management really cares.

Very slow, there are many customers and few who assist you from the bank.

Customer Service here is horrible. Two days in a row they had no bankers available to assist in opening an account. They let me check in and wait for them to tell me no one was available.
