We had great service at the Verizon New Caney store working with Zoreli. He did a great job and we had a stress free experience meeting out technology needs. The rest of the staff and store manager there were all very helpful as well.

Just stopped by the store today to adjust our bill and Josh was there, in front, ready to help and he did just that!! Great customer service skills and lowered my bill by $130+. Absolutely enjoyed our visit and appreciate all the help provided by him. Hes fantastic!!

Extremely helpful. Josh and Jeremy, the manager, helped me out and did a great job. Verizon might be an annoying company at times, but the employees are great.

Danyelle was so great! We had purchased a phone that had some factory issues and she assisted us in swapping phones and exchanging our screen protector and casing. She was very patient and worked to get us taken care of in a timely manner.Location was clean and they seemed to have a pretty decent stock of everything.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Every time I come they take forever and everyone is so rude especially the manager Jessie. There was 3 workers attending one cliente and when I asked if someone could help me he sent 1 of them to break on purpose. The service in general is so slow. The calls cut off and I’ve been without any service all day because no one has been able to help me.
