There is an older lady at this location who needs to pay attention when she's scanning amazon returns. She was shown the item and the code but decided to give me a rude look and attitude when she put the wrong label on the wrong package instead of just fixing it. Receipt doesn't show her name, but I'd put it here if it did. I normally have no problems with returns at this location, but I've never had to deal with this lady before. Definitely needs an attitude adjustment.

Package got delivered 3 days after expected day and I called because I paid for express shipping and lady said is still not guaranteed. Very poor service, how is a shipping not guaranteed but they still overcharge.

Employees really need to be trained better. Was told by the lady that I needed to purchase a box and that it would be $9 total. She packed up the return and then tried to charge me over $20. She was told by another employee, after she had already completely packed the box that I needed to be charged more. If I would have known, I would have just taken the box home and taped it myself for free. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes toward customers. I will be filing a complaint online as well.

All over their website and physical office building, there are signs that they print. I needed things printed in color and submitted them online through the UPS website. My confirmation email says they “require a manual quote”. I have been calling and no answer. I went in person today and the line was out the door with people complaining. When it was my turn I told the man helping me the situation and he said “what is that” and I said I didn’t know as it was a UPS thing and he stated he also didn’t know and that their website doesn’t work…

This location has their own rules about Amazon returns. Brought a return already boxed up and taped in the original generic brown box it came in, never opened. I would understand if the box’s content was printed on the box... but it’s not! It’s a generic plain, clean brown box Amazon used for the product. UPS rejected the return saying it needed to be in the original exterior Amazon box or buy one from them. Nowhere in the instructions does it say ORIGINAL AMAZON box. I had never had an issue with Amazon returns at the Cinco Ranch location, but I guess there is no consistency. Staff always super nice at the Cinco Ranch location, but unfortunately I have to deal with this mess for my shipments since I moved. There’s two nice people at this New Caney location— younger lady and an older lady. The guy with the long hair/man bun, not so much.

was able to quickly return my Amazon items with and without packaging(specified by Amazon) it's not that bad, ppl in the area are soft if they think this is bad service

This place is so shady. Every other ups I trust but this one, no way. I had an Amazon return in the manufacturer packaging( how it was sent to me and how I was told to repackage it), and ups told me I had to purchase another box to put it in or I'm not guaranteed a refund. It wasn't much but they charged down to every little piece of tape. $15 later she says thanks and walks off. I asked that she pack the item in front of me but her manager said they would pack ot later. I told her "if I'm not guaranteed my refund unless it's properly packed then I want to see it packed." She reluctantly packed and taped my item but wouldn't attach my label bc her manager said not to. I told her to attach it and let me talk to the manager so she doesn't get in trouble. She finally attached the label but the manager refused to talk to me. Why not pack and label an item while the customer is there? There was no one else in line. It felt really shady like the manager wanted a chance to see of she wanted the item before it was packed and labeled. So I took photos of my packed and labled item at ups and I also contacted the seller and Amazon so if she does in fact try to keep BROKEN cell phone extender I'm covered. This location has "lost" items of mine before after complimenting how cute they were and asking why I was returning them. I avoid this location when possible and I suggest others do as well or at least make sure your items are packed in front of you.

All I'm going to say is believe the reviews! When did customer service didn't matter to ups. Its like they let anyone open up a branch! When you're money hungry and greedy with poor customer service you should be put out of business or let someone whose professional and have great customer service take over! Again believe the reviews! Giving negative 5 stars!

Poor customer service. Rude I rather drive far if that means I can be treated better! Staff don’t know if they coming or going if I could give no stars I would! They act as if they are racist if you ask me!

The absolute worst. Bring your own tape because even though Amazon pays them for your returns and it says it doesn’t need packing, they will not tape it for you. They will be rude and greedy. They have zero customer service and will be rude with no remorse. The owner could care less. They are not associated with ups despite sharing a name. If you can go any where else on the plant I highly advise that you do.
