Very unprofessional! You walk into the store no welcoming spirit at all whatsoever. I had to speak with the stores assistant manager and she was not really welcoming either. The only person that seemed to care about exceptional customer service was the cashier and a floor clerk that was at the door right before I left. I’m hoping they can hire some people that take pride in making people of all color feel welcomed when they enter their establishment.

I ordered a same day delivery from this store that was advertised on the Ulta site as a promotion for the month of September because I don't have the time to make it into the store to pickup the order. 21 days of beauty is like Christmas in September and a lot of the items I ordered were first time promotions. I received a completely incorrect order, and when I came to the store to address the issue, I was given no resolution. I was told that i needed to contact doordash, which made no sense because Doordash doesnt have my money, Ulta does, I selected and paid for my merchandise on the ULTA website. The cashier told me that their book showed my order was picked up at 3pm but i have a notification that my order was not picked up until 6pm. Not only that, but the store could not account for who released my order as well as who picked up the order. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told "he is on his lunch break". Another person was at the cash wrap with a "manager" name badge on didn't even look over to attempt to assist the cashier. Eventually, i was able to get the number to guest services and get my money back. The money was not the issue, the issue was getting the product that was paid for.. how difficult would it have been for them to refund my order and then allow me to repurchase the merchandise with a price adjustment for the 21 days of beauty promotion.. not to mention I had other items that i was ready to purchase. It's very disheartening when a manager that is responsible for a store will not give the time of day to a customer issue if they're on their lunch.

I booked with Andre for the first time & my last hair appointment was a year ago.
My last stylist doesn’t work here anymore so I was a little nervous but Andre did NOT disappoint okayyy ✨ he even showed me each product he used & recommended these shampoo to switch from the ones I get at the grocery store. His personality is so cute !
My hair is soo soft & silky now. This was only a cut & style , can’t wait to dye my hair next ?↔️??

Do NOT get your hair done at the salon. I specifically asked for NOT cherry coke red, I wanted a brown undertone with a light copper color but no vivid reds and not cherry coke red they said okay and that’s EXACTLY what I got and it’s MULTI-TONE! I could have box dyed my hair and have it turn out better! Throughout the process as I’m voicing my concerns I just keep being told it looks great and that it’s because I had blonde in my hair before… I get that but it still doesn’t change the fact it’s a COMPLETELY different color than what I asked for. I have never been so disappointed leaving a salon and the stylist just kept telling me it was my fault. I put pictures below of how it turned out in the first two, you can see the multiple different reds vs the third pic was the example I showed them of what I wanted… which was more of a brown with copper tones and I got cherry coke red that will fade in a couple weeks and I’ll have to go spend $250 for a color correction

I must first say, I don't normally go to this location (no other reason than I forget it's out there) my usual location is the same distance from my home, just the opposite direction. I ordered an online in-store pickup as usual, the app must've glitched and reset to my usual spot. I didn't realize this, so I made my way to the new caney spot 30 mins or so before closing...the person working the pickup spot (short Hispanic girl with black rimmed glasses) was quick to acknowledge me, but that was about all I was going to get as far as any sort of "welcome-Ness" goes. I realized after about ONE minute (if that) that my order accidentally went to the other spot. I don't know if she were annoyed she wasted her precious minute on a goose chase, or having a bad day, tired, whatever....not even a slight smile whatsoever. No friendliness in her body language, expression, nothing. I at no point was rude, very much in an overall pleasant/bubbly mood, so i know its nothing i did that would warrant the negative vibes. It's not a huge deal, but it honestly just made me feel a little stupid and just...unwelcomed? I'm not one to expect much from anyone, really. Not a Karen. But girl friend should understand she's in retail, and whether she likes people or not, she's gotta at least make an effort to fake that a customer isn't the bane of her existence. Heck. I'm the one who drove 20 mins out to the wrong store, it would make sense for me to be the annoyed one (I wasn't at all, lol. No big deal). Anyways, I didn't like my first impression of the overall attitude by this interaction alone. A first for me. I'll stick to the other spot.

I very frequently visit this location and as a busy mom, I always select curbside pickup. Every single time - without fail - I arrive, I check in on the site and wait. And wait and wait and wait. They never bring my order out. I finally have to call the store - every time - at the 10 minute mark, because they will not come out. I don’t know if it is a glitch in their system, laziness, or something else. The first several times it happened - I understand things happen. It’s busy - I get it. But I have to call the store EVERY single time to let them know I have been waiting for 10 minutes. And there is never an apology for the wait either. I have brought it to their attention that this happens regularly and asked if they are getting notified and they don’t really seem to care. The Humble location never has this issue and always comes out very promptly. It is incredibly frustrating.

this store deserve negative star or zero .Don't go any around Houston any hair saloon,by ulta we were a few times since last year for hair saloon services there .ulta are so so so soooo overrated, over priced too,DONT GO! new caney hair salon can proved are very bad.my daughter got a perm , pay over 200$ , and was a 3 weeks , and gone all! Of course we were scanning by ulta hairstyle women.

Stacey does such an awesome job! I went in initially for a haircut and she took the time to listen to what I wanted and made it happen. I came back a week later to get some highlights and was just as impressed!
I had previously given up on getting the color that I wanted because in the past my brunette hair always seemed to turn out brassy with highlights, but Stacey was able to give me the color I had hoped for!!

It’s disappointing this location is less stocked in so many items. Almost every time I go in, they are out of stock on various items I need. I don’t waste my time there much anymore for this reason. I order online or go elsewhere.

Came in here to do a single return and waited nearly 10 minutes because associate daisy and another associate were chatting behind the registers, if you're shirking work at least do it on the floor not right in front of the entire ulta line's face with one cashier actually working

called several times no answer, wanted to know if they had item in stock because I have already placed orders online to pick up in store. Only for it to be canceled due to out of stock. Why would I drive all the way up there just to see if they really have it in stock like the website says. A short phone call helps solve this problem, horrible business practice to not answer.
