“Yesterday I broke down and had to be towed from Cleveland to Kingwood and the team driver’s Mr. Mike and Mrs. Michelle came to get me and while I was waiting for Mr. Mike to finish loading my truck, Mrs Michelle offered me a cold bottle of water and just tried to help me calm my nerves and Mr Mike was very nice about asking me about directions to my house.
I truly appreciate the care and kindness that they both showed me yesterday. There is no amount of words to express how much I appreciate them.”

“I highly recommend Tim. He took my call at 4:45pm and I was at his shop in 30 minutes. He dropped his office work and unplugged my sunroof drain immediately. He attempted to repair my sunroof motor, but provided good advice instead. He spent 45 minutes working past his 6pm closing time. He offered no charge, but I gave him a good tip instead. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable in my time of need! ??”

I was worried my vehicle wouldn’t pass emissions for the inspection, and they were kind enough to not only empathize but check it for free at first to see if it would pass (it did! Woot!) but if it hadn’t, they were willing to give me tips on how to fix it, and not charge me if I had to bring it back for a second go around.”
