The experience at this T-Mobile location was one the easiest we have ever dealt with. Nelson was able to take my husband’s phone that was completely destroyed and get him a new one set up with ease. We did not know any of the back up information but he worked through it and got it all done! Totally recommend going to this location and to Nelson with all your t-mobile needs.

Wanted to give credit where credit is due. AC took care of what I asked for , provided an estimate of what I was looking for. Also to Luis very helpful explaining everything and providing excelled customer care. Hands down to this fellows; they are awesome and made the experience super easy.

Very poor customer service. I went to the store for the second time and after multiple calls to 611 and was advised to talk to the store manager since i have an issue with the promo code which wasnt attach to my account and have to pay the whole amount of the phone. He/she let her/his staff manage may issue and his staff go back and forth to the back office to get his/her assistance. Why dont u just tak to me directly and resolve this problem knowing that this is 2nd trip to the store and multiple calls. I purchased the phone in your store and u have the direct access to whatever department u can call to fix the issue

First let me say, I HATE TMOBILE!!!! I have had major issues on every level with this so-called phone company since THE DAY I joined!!!! Yall suck!!!! ALL THE WAY AROUND BACK AND FORTH AND UPSIDE DOWN AT EVERY ANGLE!!!! This company is a joke. Your customer service is a joke. Your phone service is a joke and nw never works. Your billing logic is a joke!! WHY DID I CHOOSE YALL!!!!???? The biggest POS phone company I have ever dealt with. I cannot wait to go back to AT&T!! But first!!!!!! I have to end the most narcissist gaslighting toxic relationship I started with T FREAKEN MOBILE!!!! IIIIIII HATE YALL!!! SO. MUCH.

The guy seemed very helpful until we got home and figured out what he did. He offered us $200 for a trade-in but only gave us $25. We were adding a line from Boost to Tmobile to make a total of 4 active lines. I was told my phone would work immediately and it still isn't working. Was promised it would work with in 24hrs by tech and it's been almost 26 hrs. Still no working phone or word from anyone. Terrible and shady service. Be aware, read your paperwork carefully

I went into replace my phone on insurance. They then lied about what I was getting and used deceptive practices to make me change my plan to a more expensive plan that I didn’t need from a plan that I can’t get back because they don’t offer it anymore.

Manager’s name is AC at The Valley Ranch location. Horrible customer service. Today was the third time that I went to the location to try to get a new glass protector for my XR. I have the lifetime warranty on it,so I wanted to get it replaced. They said they no longer carry the phone I have as it’s “too old.” We pay extra every month for this insurance so I was trying to get them to ever an explanation as to what could be done. The first time I went to the location, they stated they were out of protectors and the manager stated that I would get it in the mail. I never received it. That was almost 2 months ago. Same story after the second visit. When I asked today what would happen if I didn’t receive it he just shrugged his shoulders at me. They do NOT care about their customers. They just care about selling you the next new phone or accessory to make money.This was the ridiculous reply to the above:“Hello Hector Torres, we apologize for your less-than-ideal experience. Our team should always be courteous, respectful, and professional. We appreciate you being a T-Mobile customer and It's disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. We are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future.”I don’t know how what you write me is going to fix the problem.

I've been a customer with Tmobile for years now and have usually had great customer service until now. Two weeks ago my partner who's an authorized user on the account went in to this store to get us new screen protectors. The manager helped him and said he had it taken care of. Two weeks go by and no screen protectors. Today he goes in as soon as they open and speaks with the manager the same person who he spoke with 2 weeks ago. The order was never placed and the manager would not help him while another customer was browsing looking at phones and wanting to set up a phone plan that could take an hour to do when he just needed one simple thing fixed that was never done. He had to wait until another employee came in to start their shift to get help. Ridiculous customer service and I see I'm not the only one complaining on this issue.

Went into this location to upgrade my phone and there was quite a line with only two people working (manager in back room); after two hours of waiting Marcus P assisted me. Marcus was professional and knowledgeable about the product but was unable to help me due to system issues with T-Mobile. He told me he would call me when the system was up and running so I could come in and finish the upgrade (honestly doubted he would call) surprising he called later in the day. Kudos to Marcus for going above and beyond when the manager was sitting in office while 10 or more customers were waiting (almost 2 hours) and that manager should have been helping customers. I hope T-Mobile treats good employees like Marcus P well because he deserves a raise. Thanks Marcus P for following through and going over and above

I went in today to discuss plan difference and details. Shane was awesome. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right there, he was very informative on the different features and transparent on price difference. I very much appreciated his time going through the plans with me.

Extremely long lines and staff was not very helpful. I called to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock and they said they couldn’t tell me over the phone. When I went in they did not have the phone I wanted and wanted to charge me an extra $30 for buying it in store.
