Ive been taking my sons here for past 4 years and sometimes they dont cut how we request and i always pay and tip anyway. Today my 16 yr old requested a fade and it was not faded in. I walked over and almost whispering asked if she could fade in more and she immediately got upset and an attitude saying its fine its just his skin tone that makes it look like that . Then she snapped at me and said ill just go higher then.. and she starts cutting more higher (not what he wanted) . I tried to stay calm but my mother walked over and calmly asked my son “hey are you ok with it?” Before he could answer yhe lady yelled “if you dont like it just leave!” And she took the cape off my son very rudely and told us all to leave and not come back. She said she has been there 20 years and she knows how to fade. (Apparently not when she’s rushing ) she has red hair and i think her name is Ashley but i cant remember. My son had to walk out with unfinished cut and all barbershops are closed or closing

I took my boys in there on Sunday to get their hair cut. The two women who did their hair did a horrible job. I think it's the worst haircuts my boys have ever gotten there. There's no consistency at this place. When it comes to haircuts, one time, you could go in there and get a good haircut and the next time it's terrible. We should have waited until Melody was there be cause she did an awesome job the last time she cut their hair.

I love this Supercuts. It was my first time here. I was in and out quick. Staff was great. Pleased with my haircut. The place is clean and neat. Will be going back for sure.

I got tired of paying 100 dollars for a straight across basic cut. I had a great experience here and at a great price.
