I bought packs of cigarettes here and Daniel the cashier at this specific Shell gave me great customer service. He deserves a pay raise and/or promotion. If they do extra break time, please be kind to give him some and the rest of the employees because they all work great. I'll update with some more if I do visit again but seriously, great place.

Multiple small problems. 1) no soap in men’s restroom; 2) the unsweetened ice tea dispenser has a handle labeled sweetened; 3) the the unsweetened ice tea dispenser only pours out at a dribble; 4) clueless staff has put no hot dog buns in the drawers labeled BUNS; instead all the buns are only in drawer labeled TONGS. No tongs in the drawer labeled TONGS. Lol. Staff apparently wants to confuse customers.

I just don’t understand why does shell sale their premium/midgrade fuel for 50 to 60 cent more per gallon than most other gas stations?

Seems like the staff needs to be trained on how to apply rewards to get discount on gasoline Every time I go to this gas station they make sure not to even give you a receipt I guess so you won't notice and complaint Girl working tonight seems bored with her job Smh Just save yourself time and go to the one on the other side of the freeway since they seem to know what they're doing at least
