Joe Schiler and family are simply the best. I purchased a new Carrier system 7 years ago for my first home. I've moved to a new home but recommend Schiler Air to all in need of AC service or repair. The customer service is exceptional.

Great company to do business with! Installation of our new unit was on time and they paid attention to detail and sizing of unit to accommodate our foam insulated home. I was pleased with courtesy I was shown from the moment I called to the followup on the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Called for air conditions troubles at approximately 9 in the morning and by 10:30 the owner was at my house. Was recommended by a friend. Very knowledgeable and honest man evaluated the situation and immediately found the problem. Had the part to fix it and did so. Also went above and beyond to find an additional problem that we resolved. Very reasonably priced and felt very good about what I was paying for. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with air conditioning or heating issues. Very professional and knowledgeable without trying to screw over the average guy.

I was very disappointed in this company. We had an appt scheduled at 10:30, and nobody ever showed up, or called to say they were running late. Around 2, my fiance called, and was told there had been some emergency, and they were on their way. Again, nobody showed up, or called to explain what was going on. I finally called another company.

We are so thankful we were referred to Schiller Air for our house remodel! They installed a new Carrier system on our new house addition as well as updated our old Carrier system in the older part of the house. Joe Schiller stands by his Carrier products and takes the best care of his customers! He and his staff are so knowledgeable & have years of experience for new installs as well as taking care of what you already have. I love that this is a family owned and operated business because the staff really cares about their customers and your continued business!
