this company has me as confirmed several days before my appointment today and at 11:30 the day of my appointment which is at 2:30 the "" owner text me that she needs to cancel my appointment and reschedule it. No notice confirmed me twice, but suddenly, the hurricane is an issue, this owner did not take accountability. She did not offer another stylist. She disregarded the fact that I took off work for this appointment and did not care one iota I would not use this company she recommended I go to Ulta so if equivalent to this company, I would avoid it at all cost .

Very snobby lady, blonde lady. Looked at my mom up and down. Replied in a very rude tone when she asked if she had an appointment. Also, when my mother asked if she had any appointments available she was rude as well. Definitely don't recommend.

I hate doing this, but this is first time I have ever been unhappy about my service. I came in for a partial highlight and my hair still looks the same. No highlights visible at all and $200 down the drain!

I recently called Bombshell Salon, and I was fortunate to speak with Brittany. My five-year-old daughter has been dealing with alopecia, which led to a significant hair loss. She made the brave decision to shave off the remaining hair. Brittany, being the wonderful person she is, went above and beyond. She stayed after closing hours to accommodate my daughter, treating her with the utmost kindness and reassurance. She treated my daughter as if she were her own, displaying exceptional patience and sweetness throughout the process. I wanted this significant moment to be truly special for my daughter, and Brittany made that happen. Her outstanding compassion and care made this experience unforgettable. Thank you, Brittany, for being an exceptional human being. ?

I've gone to this salon many times, even though I don't live in the area. I've always been able to get in when needed and had good stylists. At my last appointment, I had a stylist I hadn't had before and I'm so glad I got scheduled with her. Brittany was so great, communicated up front what she was going to do so I was aware and could ask questions if needed. She also told me how much I should expect to pay, which was super helpful instead of waiting until the end. She fixed my color and gave me a great cut, which I got lots of compliments on! But the best thing about Brittany is what I learned about her. Over her years of being a stylist, she's gained a special clientele of women who have dealt with various types of trauma, and getting their hair cut could be a hard thing to do. She's developed an approach and demeanor that is sensitive and caring towards others that could be triggered easily. If you're someone who gets overwhelmed easily or suffers anxiety from PTSD, domestic abuse, mental health issues, or experienced traumatic situations, you need to go see Brittany at Salon Bombshell for a great hair cut, color, or styling. She'll take great care of you and make you look great at the same time!

Whitney burned my scalp. I went there a week ago to get a single color applied to my hair (Black) I’ve been dealing with burned scalp all week, my skin is falling off my scalp and I have red spots all over from the burning. I paid over $200 for a single color and blow dry, she didn’t even want to flat iron. I’m still thinking of what actions I should take regarding this.

I've been going to Anna at Salon Bombshell for years and she is a true perfectionist hair stylist and my hair is always fabulous!!!! This salon is a five star location. If you need a stylist this is the plane to be in New Caney!!!!

Stylist Recommendation: Whitney at Salon Bombshell is awesome. She's been cutting my hair for about a year. I love that she remembers what I want and provides a consistently good cut. Whitney is an experienced stylist with men's and women's cuts. A basic men's haircut is only $25. The salon is located just off 59 at 22498 Community Drive Str. 241, New Caney 77357.
