These people have no education, the cashiers throw your things at you and then the person at the door takes out all your things, what a bad treatment, don't go there anymore.

Don't go there, the line to pay takes a long time and then a woman at the door taking everything out of your bag as if you had grabbed something and that happens to everyone, I don't come here anymore.

Someone needs to come in here and take control. The line goes all the way wrapped around the store, while two employees stand by the jewelry counter chit chatting about their repulsive outside lives. The amount of profanities they hoop and hollered in just 10 minutes was disgusting. Do better ross. Just found out the lady is the manager. How disgusting of her to act this way. Someone let the power go to their head.

If I could give this store a zero star, I would. Never have I felt so watched while I was shopping. I assure you i have enough money to buy anything in Ross i want, but that's besides the point. I bought an ottoman for the end of my bed, and as I was walking out, I told the LP, which stands for the Loss Prevention team, which converts to I'm watching yo azz while you shop club. But anyway, I had to put my ottoman on a large push cart to push it out to my vehicle, and so when I walked out, I told the gentleman which checked my reciept with a Loss Prevention jacket on that I would bring the cart back immediately after I loaded up my ottoman he said not a problem. Then, while I was loading it up, this crazy Bohemian giant of a woman that was a Ross manager comes storming me like Lawrence Taylor back in his Giant football playing days, saying that cart is not to be brought out of the store making a scene I was trying to explain to her the situation but she so rudly jerked the cart from my vehicle like the winds of our latest Hurricane Beryl so I just looked at her with a shocked expression on my face like the bird on the angry bird movie that would pop in scenes saying OH MY GOSH!!!!! So my official rating is zero stars out of 5

I was ready to check out the cashier was rude Didn’t even say good morning to me had a nasty attitude how can y’all have leaders like this if your having a bad day just stay at home and don’t get it out at the customer by the way it was a heavy set woman with glasses

Can't understand how this store was the way it was until I saw who I believed was the manager's name, ( Gayla). Lead by my example. She was placing carts directly in front of the entry. It looked so sloppy and tells me thats a lazy person. While one girl was sorting merchandise out on the floor. When did managers stop working alongside us? TJ Maxx did not look this way. Target did not look this way. I blame management here. COOPERATE THIS ROSS NEEDS HELP. Don't get me wrong I love this store. I even thought about applying here. But how embarrassing to walk in this place. I am the type of person who will report and take it upon myself to build a case against the bad apples to clean a place like that up. It can be fixed. There is not an aisle that is decent to walk through. Especially behind the registers. PLEASE SEE MY PHOTOS BELOW.

This is by far the worst Ross that I’ve ever been to. It literally looks like a wind storm has blown through the store. Then to top it off only 1 register was open with a long line. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything. Someone should really get this Ross together.
