We pickup at least once a week. Love everything. Food is fresh, piping hot, and great flavor. Great staff!At the register,I would suggest not open boxes to identify at the register. Labeling?????Thanks ?

I like the food at Panda Express, delicious food but they put a little too little ? sometimes I ask for an extra side of shrimp ? but they don't come with more than 10 and the cost is $9 but the taste is good and it's worth it.Vegetarian options: Vegetable groatsParking: I like that there is a service to order in the comfort of the car, and fastKid-friendliness: There are not many choices for children, since most are with vegetables

My wife ordered my food and when I got home to eat it it was not all there and they didn't even give her a receipt I don't know if they're hiring people that don't want to work or ones that don't care or both I've been a long time before I go back to that one the one in Kingwood is a lot better and you always get what you asking

I ordered Panda Express from this location Thursday and not even 3 hours after eating it my stomach started hurting. I didn’t think much of it and ate the rest for lunch the next day. Now I’m at home with food poisoning and it’s the only thing I’ve eaten.

I ordered teriyaki chicken fried rice and orange chicken that’s the most basic thing to order their and they somehow messed it up they lucky I didn’t have it on me how do u mess it up it’s 3 things it’s not that hard to remember and also they had nothing their they where missing orange chicken chow main and 4 other things their service is so trash

this employees are so disrespectful, never in my life have I had to give a review let alone a bad one! like apart from the fact that they never get the order right, out of so many times I've tried to give this place a chance, it's just horrible! they just need a whole new staff!

Well Laura has a reputation… extremely rude is an understatement. If you aren’t happy with your job I’m sorry but that’s not the customers problem to deal with.My husband asked if they’re no longer serving drinks with the meals and she looked at him and smirked and shook her head and said no. Seems like she really enjoys being rude to people.What kind of place makes people pay extra to have a drink with their meal?They also didn’t give us one of the meals we ordered…

Great food and clean place but I came just a few minutes ago and I waited almost 30 min longer than the time it was supposed to have been ready by the time estimated in the app and when I asked for it after waiting about 15 minutes the cashier was very nice and checked and when she asked her manager about it she said "I don't know let them wait" to which I heard so not only is she rude to customers but her employees too.

I ordered my food thru DoorDash, I get my plate and I'm missing the chicken teriyaki, I get no sauces & on top of that I call the manager to make her aware. She blames the dasher for there mistake saying he mixed up the orders. It clearly has my name on it. I continue to try to get a refund, she tried to give me every excuse in the book. If she would of just said I'm sorry how can I fix it that would been it. I would of dropped it, but making excuses come on !!
