I called ahead of time to make sure they could swap my dead battery even with power out. I was told yes. Drove all the way to the store and was told no, they can’t do anything about my warranty because the power is out. Not only that, but it was said rudely with no eye contact because they were obviously too busy to talk to me face to face. This place sucks.

Very good experience in O Reilly! Thanks a lot for the staff Dominick. Our car battery was out of work at around 10pm and we luckily found the auto store. The staff was so kind and give us help untill very late. Without him we wouldn’t go home tonight! Appreciate for it!!!! Nice Texas man!

Customer service sucks here! I went in for an oil filter. I checked the shelf first and didn't see what I needed so I proceeded to the front counter. I was the only customer in the store. I stood at the counter, right in front of 2 employees, while they talked and joked around for a couple of minutes without ever being acknowledged. One of the guys finally looks at me and says "next," like I haven't been standing directly in front of him at the counter waiting for them to finish chatting. Just poor customer service all around. This was just a reminder as to why I don't mind driving the extra miles to other O'Reilly locations.

Repetitive bad experiences have left me shopping anywhere but here. Phone service? Forget that idea. Rings off the wall or long hold times while in person customers slowly dealt with. Long lines inside to deal with obviously disgruntled employees who can't find a part unless you give them an exact application so their computer can do the work for them. I walked out the past 2 times rather than wait in slow moving lines and be made to felt like my presence inconvenienced them only to leave unsatisfied when they can't find a bearing that i gave them the mfg part number off the pkg. His solution? Did you try online? Yeah, your competition was happy to ship it next day and i was happy to wait and not deal with this store

This place sucks, went to get my truck scanned because of my check engine light.. I was waiting in line for 30 minutes and the store got packed because of how slow they are, they take their time to attend you and be joking with the costumers a whole 20 minutes, then when it was my turn, the guy that attended me was like “I can’t run the scanner on your truck, the line is too long and I gotta attend the clients, if you could wait at least 30 minutes I can run the scanner” man! Screw that!! I’m supposed to get attended too, I was in line for too long just for this guy to tell me they had to attend everyone before I get a simple check engine light check, FY!

Store refused to price match Walmart because the Walmart across the street didn't have it in stock but the Walmart 4 minutes away did. Paid $45 instead of $33.

There's a young Hispanic man who treats you with a bad face. I went to the store, it was 30 minutes before closing and he didn't want to serve me because he already wanted to leave and close on time. What a bad service, I really hope and take into account that, very bad service on their part.
