I will never be back to this place! Not only could they not look at a picture and match the color and design (not even close), but I also have cut up cuticles and sharp, jagged misshapen nails. Pedicure was ok, but not great. The price said 60 minutes, but it was only 45 minutes. For my 6 year old to get her nails painted and for me to get acrylic nails and a pedicure, it was over $154.00!! The girl at the front was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked about the prices and why she was charging me one price when the website (this locations website) had a lower advertised price. I was charged $15 more for my daughter and $12 more for mine. The girl said, "I don't know what website that's off of". I said, "it's clearly your website", and I showed her.....she literally walked away and wouldn't get anyone to answer my question. Crooked place!!!

Have been there a couple of times and have never once had a good experience. Today I went in for a manicure and pedicure and the man doing my pedicure had the water ice cold, kept dropping his instruments and stuck it in the water where my feet were soaking. After he finished we walked me towards the drying station and told me I was finished. I told the girl upfront I never received my manicure and she said she would get someone for me. 20min later a girl finally shows up and starts my manicure. She was very rude. Up charged me for shellac removal even though I had removed the majority at home prior to my appointment. I will NEVER be going back! I warn those who do! They are unprofessional and unsanitary!

I waited over an hour they let 7 people or more skip me when I asked why he said they weren't licensed to do shellac but they were doing it on the people. Truth is they judged me because everyone else was dressed up nice and fancy and I looked rough. I used the translator so they were for sure judging me. When the women beside me asked him why they did this he said they appreciate my business but it's my choice to leave. He was kindly asking me to leave for asking why. Lol don't waste your money here or time. It was also filthy. My seat was torn up. The remote was sticky.

Pls don’t go there ! my first time there and I wish I would’ve read the reviews first . Shellac on my hands and feet when I got home I noticed it was two different colors called to let them know. They said they would take care of. I went back and some gentleman said he was the owner idk he just stands around is rude and gets way too close to you. I felt very uncomfortable told me I had to pay agin if I wanted them to fix it . I refused cause I had already paid 130.The day before told him he would be losing a customer and he said that was my choice did not care at all …

Don't go there you've been warned !! My first time trying out this place I walked in to the one next to Kroger's , my experience was ok picked my color and sat down did shellac hands & feet I noticed the nail tech was kinda in a hurry , but didn't think nothing of it. he was very nice ,kinda of dirty place flies flying everywhere. Paid over $100.00 for service & walk out when I got home I noticed my color changing. I went with the red orange, but on the edges was a shades lighter. I called they said come bk went bk the next day talked to a gentleman that said he was the owner he was extremely rude. Told me he couldn't see nothing wrong with the color & that I was trying to get color change for free ! Whatttt I said for five dollars polish you will lose a customer. He said that was my choice ! I should've looked at the reviews first, my fault but no wonder they only have two stars ...

Terrible, expensive and bad work, they charge you for the massage and hot towels, they do almost nothing or very little to your nails, they apply the color on your nail as you wear it, more than a spa it is stress, even cold water To soak hands, they do not remove raised skin or excess cuticle on hands or feet. Bad experience, I think the worst!

My sister and I have been coming to this NOA for 3 years and really like it and have developed a rapport with the team there. We went recently and upon entering noticed that there was an over abundance of greenery-real, fake, green, floral. To say the least, it was quite overwhelming. We then noticed that the music selection had changed to a slower and melancholy playlist which we found not suitable for the setting. Also, we noticed a new older man there that would walk around and police the team members and question what they were doing or what type of service was to be provided. We noticed the whole aura and friendly environment had changed with the addition of this older man. We will try one more time but if the vibe is as it was during this recent visit, we will consider changing nail locations. The services we received, which were provided by Allison, Mary, and Emie, were exceptional.

I haven’t had my nails done in a while and wanted to try them out. Overall customer service at check out bad. They were having a conversation mid checkout and didn’t even acknowledge me after my purchase asked “ are you done ? “ I wasn’t sure if to wait to sign or anything because they were talking about the front desk girls nails getting redone. I felt as a customer very uncomfortable and rude.
I had Tom do my feet he was really good. The only one I liked from my overall experience.
The lady who did my manicure rushed through it and left some shellac polish on my skin. And cut me on my right thumb cuticle. I wish I could go back but I just felt so unwanted as a customer to even feel welcome.

Tom did my nails today the owner did my eyebrows. Both very very gentle , respectful, and professional. The guy that did my daughter nails (didn't get his name) was awesome as well. I enjoy when large businesses appreciates and value their customers. There are a million nail shops , but not all are appreciative of their customers. The owner had a conversation with me while he was doing my eyebrows, very interesting conversation and very informative. Thanks for making my daughter and I spa day special!

Zero stars are deserved. Do not let Folk do your wax, I repeat DO NOT LET FOLK SERVICE YOUR WAX. I came in this week for an eye brow wax and left with burns. He will hype you up for his tip; he applied something after my wax which he claimed was some cream to close my pores after the wax. He didn’t provide me a mirror I stood and glanced in the big mirror; however when I left I looked closer. As I am walking to my car I noticed my skin started burning; so I wiped whatever it was off. When I got to my next destination I noticed there was hair still left outside of my shaping; so I had to return. Upon my return I advised him there was hair remaining and I wanted someone else to clean it up; so Ivey come and fixed his work. I told her that it was burning and asked her not to apply anything else. I will say she did a great job. Folk had the nerve to ask me if I trusted him to do them again; sir bye. Woke up next morning to the burn marks you will see in the picture. I came back for the 3rd time and spoke to Ivy and showed her the marks; she showed compassion and stated she would refund the service. Which I told her that is the minimum she could do as it has traumatized me and makes me not want to get waxes anymore; I think I will stick to threading. She stated he only used baby oil gel; which I used daily with my lotion and my skin isn’t overly sensitive. Just know I won’t be doing that again. Thanks for reading I hope this saves someone else the pain and stress it caused me.

I just had the worst pedicure of my life, the guy barely did any if the steps and was mainly focused on rubbing my feet after I would jerk away due to uncomfortably, after I had mentioned I had a manicure the entire time while he did it he would sigh in act like I was inconveniencing him and telling me he couldn’t wait to leave overall I will never be coming back which is sad considering I’ve been coming for 6 years

Not what they use to be, it was a nice perk to have a drink while having a pedicure, now you can have a piece of hard candy. They seemed to have scaled back, color selection was very limited. I like Milano at Northpark.
