They never fill my prescription when I submit it through the app and I have to call to get them to start filling it. Every time I go into the store I can be next in line and still stand there for 15 minutes.

I have had great service here compared to other local choices. Sure, you have to wait for your turn. They are busy, but they do care. I get my shots here also. No problems. Thanks Kroger!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Slow service and always a line. They need to hire more help!! 15 people in line inside and there are 5 cars behind me in drive through.

Oct 2023:I have been here and using them for 3 years, the last 12 months are horrible. The wait times are way too long. I'm talking about 20 to 50 minutes each time.They are grossly understaffed. And I'm about ready to move all my prescriptions. I'm counterplating

This place has become just awful over the past couple of years. I just pulled up to the drive thru and no one was in line , so great right? Wrong! I sit there for 20 minutes with no one at the window I'm pressing the button and somebody has purposely left the phone off to hook in there so it will not alarm them. Meanwhile, people are lining up behind me and nothing happens. Finally I decide to start honking my horn and the pharmacist comes up to the window completely oblivious telling me it would be just a couple minutes. I told him I'd been sitting there for 20 minutes and nobody had even acknowledged that I was there yet I even asked if the window drive through was open? He responded just a couple more minutes. Then some girl comes up about 30 seconds later and acts like nothing's wrong how may I help you? So I asked for my order that I had put in on the app a week ago! And that's not even ready yet! She explains oh we're running just a little bit behind. Good gosh! Talk about incompetence.

By far the worst service at any Kroger I been to. They can't even fill prescriptions sent a week ago. They have no care for what they do and how they do it. They move at 1 speed and it's slows as possible. They look at us laughing in the back as they stand there just hoping for ppl to just leave. It's pathetic how the manager runs it. Been there serval times to see this man do absolutely nothing except stand in one spot. Ridiculous horrible service should just fired them all at this point.

yall suck for real. i sat in line for an hour after getting there at 7:15. (I get off work at 7 and this is the only time i can make it.) i’ve been off my meds for 2 days and i was hoping to get them today. nope. apparently getting there 45 minutes before you close wasn’t enough. also the girl that was at the window just laughed at me as i told her the situation as she continued to close the stupid “we’re closed” flap in my face.

If I could give this a zero star I would. The pharmacist that’s here is the rudest, unprofessional, unknowable man in the medicine practice I have ever dealt with. So rude. He has been reported several times but still nothing done. He’s very incompetent in his position as a pharmacist.

They are unable to remain open for drive-thru customers. It is a much- needed service, but get it.
