I needed a bracelet resized and a necklace cleaned as it changed colors whenever I went to a natural hot springs. They were able to get the bracelet to my size, it was originally a 10in and we took it to 6in. Then, totally fixed and cleaned my necklace! My necklace had turned a purple and copper color, and it’s back to its silver color now! The associate was so nice and kind!

I visited this location this week to return a charm my daughter had changed her mind on. I had my original receipt and the charm had remained in the box since I purchased it. The cashier inspected the charm and then had who I am assuming was the manager inspect the charm also. The inspection was taking awhile and the cashier even asked if she could go ahead and process the refund to which the inspector replied she needed to polish the charm. At this point feeling she was implying it was damaged, I told the woman inspecting the charm that it has never even been taken out of the box since purchasing it. She responded it gad finger prints. This whole experience made me feel uncomfortable. I have never felt this way at any other James Avery. I will not use this location again. Customers should be treated with more respect.

We visited on Mother's Day, for my first charm. Cynitha helped me, she was so kind and patient, she and the other staff gave us amazing customer service.

This store is very inefficient. I place an order on line. When I arrived u approached the pick up sign as instructed by my email. I was then instructed to get in the line that stretched all the way to the front doors. Keep in mind they had multiple cashiers and they're working. You know people tend to use the online ordering service when they're in a hurry and to avoid the lines. I personally feel it's very unprofessional to have your walk-in customers being served before your online already paid orders. I'm guessing the way they look at it is well we already have their money(online) so let's get these people money first before they have a chance to leave.

Came here to post this experience! I placed an order online for my cousins birthday gift ! When I pulled in I sawe they has curbside pick up and I called. But then decided to go in because I wanted to see if they had anything for my 3 year old daughter. I had her with me as well as my 1 year old son. So I put my daughter in her stroller and put my son in my baby carrier. When I walked in I was struggling to open the door and an elder woman worker saw me and didn't assist me and she was not with a customer. I got so upset because I don't go to stores if my husband is not with me; he was out of town. But when I went to the counter Nick assisted me right away with so much pleasure that made me feel better and asked him if he had anything for my 3 year old daughter and he measured her finger and pulled out the different rings and bracelets. And with his assistance I just decided to get my daughter a ring and bracelets and got the online order. And if it wasn't for Nick I would've just got my online order. And when I was walking another young employee assisted me with opening the door which I appreciate it. And that's why I gave this review a 5, I don't like posting bad reviews so when I do post is for the benefit of the store.
