Everyone I've ever encountered here are very helpful & friendly. I have no complaints at all about any of their locations. I very highly recommend!! They're awesome for a 2nd chance bank!

This is by far the worst bank. No way to speak to the local branch. They wont even answer the phone when transferred from headquarters. They are completely incompetent and need to educate the tellers at the very least in general banking practices. Geez

The worst banking experience ever! On March,3,2021 I arrived at the New Caney, Texas location that is inside Food Town to withdraw money from my account,i was told that I could not because I needed to add my husband to the account or they were going to return the direct deposit to IRS.I was never told that it was the bank policy.I told the clerk that i was using my card doing transactions with my available money and she told me that it was a complete different thing to withdraw cash. Obviously I was upset, so I left the location an approximate six minutes later i received a call from the same location I believe it was the same clerk ,She told me that if I did not add my husband by the same day she was going to return my refund. I do not understand why she called and said the same thing, I guess because she was not sure until she verified. After i tried using my card with my personal cash application and was denied, I called customer service and the representative said my card was locked due to suspicious activity, she unlocked it,but after two transactions it got locked again. On March,17,2021 I arrived to the same location, asked to speak to a manager and Brenda Bustos in company with Karen Olmos attended me, I asked why i needed to add my husband to the account and Karen replied "Its the bank policy" I agreed. Following I asked Why I could not withdraw money that was already available and she said i could, As i answered yesterday they told me I could not, she answered "Well I was not here yesterday" I answered but you are the manager, I need an explanation why I could not withdraw money yesterday and now I can. She said "Oh its because he is on the check also" ,but then again Brenda offered me to close the account and i said Yes! She said either you get a money order or a Cashiers check, and I said Why not Cash? She said we have a limit of $1,000 cash, I told her Yesterday was $2,000? And she said "YES<well today is $1,000! In Resume the branch located in New Caney, Texas its the worst branch ever! If it was not for the educated tellers at the Valley Ranch location, I wouldn't of opened my account again. That location needs new management and educated employees. As a sales representative, perfect customer service is a must when dealing with customers.

The only problem I have is that if you call the branch in New Caney they will not answer your call and if you do it's only to put you on hold and never return. The web site keeps saying oops something went wrong try again later well I have been trying for days now. Why use a business if you are not a priority. Hello Wells Fargo
