If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible customer service horrible phone service. I went there two days ago to switch phone plans and my 2 phones only worked for a few hours. Tried goin in and they didn't even want to help. The employee tried to call the manager which wasn't even there was like leave my phone there for an hour and he would looked at it he wouldn't even give me his name. I wouldn't ever go to this store again ever. I would recommend no one would that wants to pay and get the right service because this one is bad. Go to Porter or kingwood. Not the new caney one. Very disrespectful to customers

I went in to pay my phone bill and got refused service because she didn't want to take 4 dollars in quarters. Then cussed me out after I was shocked she's telling me no. What a lazy crew

Very disappointed in your service.I purchased a mobile hotspot with 50gb of data on 10/30. I spent $130.00.Came home and the hotspot wouldn’t work. Couldn’t even open my emails ?? all the lights kept flashing green, orange, then red!Called customer support. No help. He said the flashing red, orange, and green lights were normal.I googled the Coolpad hotspot and watched some YouTube videos and learned the flashing lights aren’t normal ? These flashing lights mean the service is cutting out.The next day I took it back to the store for a refund and she only gave me $50 back!! This is robbery!! I should’ve gotten a full refund as it had been less than 24 hours!! ??? Now I’m out almost $100 and still have no way to get internet for my online classes!Terrible service. I won’t be back!!!
