Not helpful& too slow, lobby needs attention;clean up entrance, accumulated dust on Deposit/Withdrawal slips area plus ripped scraps. The 30 minute wait wasn’t pleasant either

This location is one of the worst boa I have ever worked with.They are slow and never have enough staff. The staff they do have especially at the front are not customer friendly.

Always a long wait. Most of time only one teller. Was 4th in line and was out of door between 45-50 minutes later. Long line when I left. Horrible experience

7 months I been trying to get my bank statements I never get them mailed or pdf. Staff here seems to don't care seriously

Customer service at this bank is awful. One employee working on a Monday afternoon. The line for the teller is almost out the door and they have one employ working. She must have pulled the short stick today. I've seen other employees walk by but no one offers to help. Awful awful service.

EDIT: Regis Rodrigues I am so grateful for your kindness and patience! Had it not been for your help I’d have found somewhere else to bank. I know losing one customer means nothing to BoA but Mr. Rodrigues made it a point upon himself to get my situation resolved. BoA should consider themselves grateful to have at least one employee who goes above and beyond and truly values their customers.Never open, refuses to answer the phone website allows you to make an appointment but then says there’s a problem on their end and refuses to let you actually make the appointment!!

Not to be confused with Spank Of America, which is more into S&M than finance. This is the bank that I have to open a new account at, so I was talking to them about that. It looks like a brand new location in a brand new plaza next to the area where we're going to be possibly moving to, a good chunk of miles N/NE of Houston. It's nice, it's cheap, but it's a hell of a commute. Everyone was friendly, it was expedited, I didn't have anything bad to say, I got the information I needed. It's still not my favourite bank, but it's a good location.

Always a long line. Plus there's only one teller working the counter and 5 or 6 employees standing around talking to each other or at a desk helping no one. The one teller is incredibly slow. This is by far the worst BoA location.

Great customer service as always. Sometimes it is a little crowded, so take your time since it is a small bank. Yes, you will wait a bit, but they always have the best attitude for their clients . Thank y'all especially the older lady at the window ?.

We have been Bank of America clients for years. I generally like the service I receive. Today, I am trying to call them as I think I left a personal effect at the bank. No one picks up the phone. Worse the system is horrible. I have to actively keep myself in queue. I press 4 to speak to a person. It rings 4-5 times then I am prompted to try calling back or press 1 to return to the main menu. I press 1 for main menu then I press 4 to speak to a person, it rings 4-5 times.... I keep this up for 30 minutes, until I give up. They should have a hold or call back system.

I am not usually one to complain about a bank but I have been with Bank of America for years. This particular location seems to have many problems. There will be many personal bankers but only one person working the front desk. I don’t know how many times I went to make a cash deposit in the ATM and one is usually broken, today I waited five minutes in line for the one that is working only to find out it’s not taking deposits.

This is the worst Bank of America branch ever. Please don’t go there unless you are willing to stand in line for 2 hours just to make a simple deposit. They Alway have only one counter operational and all the other staff is just watching people suffering in line. The stuff treat customers here like garbage. Bank of America corporate needs to step in or else they will loose a lot of customers including my self.

I had just set up my account in bank and it was very professional. The Bank assistance was awesome! I nervous for the set up of my account for the first time but the workers explained everything I asked! ?

updated review. BoA is one of the worse banks ever. You have to check their social media to see if they are open. You have to make an appointment to talk to a banker. Even if there is no one there they will not talk to you. IF they are open they only have one teller. The line was over 20 people long. One teller. Other bankers and workers just standing around or clocking out and going home. Going to try and get my company to switch banks.Previous review:Feels like this place is closed more than it is open. At least a dozen times since they have opened I came to find a sign that says “due to unforeseen circumstances we are closed”. It happened so much they hade a nice professional sign made to put up.Response to their reply:I shouldn’t have to follow a bank’s social media to find out when they are open or not. They should be open at the posted times on the door?!?

19 people waiting in line and the lobby. One teller. This is common practice at this location.
