Poor instructions and the tubes are hard to control. If you fell into water there is no one to help. You can't stay as a group. If they give ropes to tie the group of tube's together it may be helpful.

It is an excellent way to spend a warm/hot day by lounging poolside while kids can enjoy the waterpark.(Adults can have fun at the waterpark with their kid's too, there is slide's and built in water cannons and large splash pad.) Swim up to the bar for an adult beverage, and if the bar tender is Ethan, you can be sure your beverage will be professionally made as well as some good conversation with excellent service. Pool has separate lounges, many sun chairs also in the water hoops and a few tv's with music playing in the background. They don't allow outside speakers or food by the pool, but I'm sure some small snacks, water, and juice for the kids wouldn't be a problem as long as people clean up.

The float was about 2 hours but if you get there early enough you can probably do it 4 times. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Showed up on a Wednesday to float and they were closed...no mention of that anywhere that they were only open on weekends. Went to another outfitter and they took great care of us.

They have everything we need for a great trip down the river at a great price.

Much better customer service than the outfitter we used in Gruene. The tubes are also nicer with cupholders. The float itself isn't very scenic compared to the River Road float. You are pretty much just looking at people's backyards the whole time. There were also many spots that we had to get out and walk because of the rocks and the water being low. Water was freezing. Much colder than the portion of the Guadalupe in Gruene. Overall, good experience.

Service is good. A little pricy for me for parking. Water is low, but that has nothing to do with the company.

The lady we paid was friendly. The tubes aren't fancy but they float. We always use them when we float the river.

Nice and relaxing. A bit pricey but enjoyable. Recommend going when the water is up

This place is fantastic! It's an outdoor venue near Canyon Lake. Parking was easy with guided workers ensuring fast in and out. Indoors (outdoor setting) is large, and whether you get tickets on the ground or in the east or west wing with seating, you have a great view of the stage. I went with a friend, but as you can see in my pictures, meeting others was easy and made it all the more fun! What a great place to spend an evening!

This was a nice place. The water could have been deeper but that's not their fault. It's kind of hard for a big guy to float down the river but yet I didn't have to get in a tube so that's kind of my fault. What made me mad was I had to get out short of the exit which caused me to travel inside the amphitheater grounds.Even when I explained to them the reason for me doing that I physically could not did not ride in the float any farther they still treated me like a trustmaster. This may cause me to use only Texas tubes in the future.

$25 for tube then they tried to charge $40 to park, then you still had to walk your stuff 1/4 mile to the river, they have gotten crazy with pricing just to float the river I left and went to the place right up the street (River Sports Tubes) and $20 for a tube and free parking. I will not be using them again.

I’ve come here my entire life and now this company thinks they own the river. Threatening trespassing and tickets if you don’t stay within their marked signs. They hire a bunch of Karen’s on a power trip. It’s sad to see this company more focused on the concerts than the river itself.

I heard this place changed management. It used to be good. Now it’s overpriced, the staff is untrained and unprofessional, and all the needed facilities were closed (had to change in our cars). Not to mentioned we were over charged $40 and had to waste a half an hour getting everyone in our party refunded.Too bad this place has really gone downhill.
